Honestly i think it would be hilarious if everyone went out with goggles and radios only and pretend to fly drones just so we get in trouble but literally have no quads

My problem is that one of the local guys around me is a complete TYRANT when it comes to drones. This self claimed "drone expert". The dude keeps trying to make up rules, and thanks to RID he's gonna actually be able to track us down just cause he has nothing better to do.
I'm thinking we'll need some RID modules to throw up in the trees or over the power lines as decoys when we roll into a spot... (note: satirical comment)
CASA in Australia is now following the same playbook as the FAA. When has a license plate ever stopped a crime
still waiting for the eagles, hawks, turkeys, ravens, and pigeons to register themselves and comply with Remote ID....
Only thing law enforcement can do is if you say “nope, never heard anything about RID”.
Best thing they would do is give you a warning, kind of like when your tabs or insurance card expired.
Bad thing is when another LEO asks again and you give them your personal information, ID, drivers license, it’s already been recorded.
Best thing is, don’t get caught. It’s like gorilla whooping or skateboarding back in the good ‘ol days, you’re there for twenty minutes and then gone.
Unless you are in a unconstitutional stop and identify state, you dont have to give id to a cop for 'investigations' and also dont have to say a single word to them. I go full mute when cops talk to me. The only thing is I say is, I'll speak to my lawyer, not you. End of convo.

Well according to FAA regulations a Pilot when they have a legitimate safety concern can ignore any regulation in order to preserve pilot safety. And I think the fear of being attacked by some crazy redneck with a shotgun because he don’t like no drone pilots, is a legitimate concern…
Or someone coming to rob you for all of your drone equipment is also a legitimate concern. That being said, you have a legitimate reason to not comply with remote ID.
FAA first get the UAP's out of the no fly zone's. Now that's a real safety risk. 😂😂😂😂
I feel the same way.I just go and fly my R/C sport plane.I just flew it yesterday and nothing happened.But,I never fly near people and my plane is quiet and I always fly out in front of me,never over my head.Plus,I only have enough battery for a 5 minute flight.
Just place a tinywhoop or something sub250 (no RID required) nearby with a dead battery. If a cop comes you land somewhere and say you just crashed. Walk over to your tinywhoop and show them 😂

🤣I should've put a disclaimer in my video as well. I got a comment about how I was spreading misinformation because I used a hand written piece of paper with "stats" or a "little bit of research that I did". Love it! Never speak to the police and always film them! They are absolutely NEVER your friend. Everything you say can and will be used AGAINST you! Never in your favor. So all the bootlickers that say "just cooperate and comply and it'll all go fine." Don't do it. Just say you want a lawyer, invoke the 5th, and keep your mouth shut. Great video! Great advice!
god I seeeeethe at all these videos out there just saying that we're doing harm by saying we aren't going to comply and to just give in and do it anyways. Most of those videos are pilots who fly DJI and don't really do FPV or already have a 107 and could care less. But along with your other comment cops are NEVER your friend DO NOT talk to them even if they are being nice. They are employing a tactic by being nice to get you to open up and talk.. they are NEVER EVER EVER EVER your friend or looking out for your best interest

I don't think it will be enforced in my little town. No airport, nothing worth protecting here. Maybe someday a drone will deliver my pizza but not likely.

Saying it's a joke does not technically work if it can be reasonably assumed that it's not a joke. You can't give somebody instructions to build a bomb and then say but hey it's a joke. This is a bit of a risky video
The last pack thing is real or can be real when you get carried away as its the last pack and you wanna do something good and then bam crash. Solution is always (try to) chill on a last pack. And fuck remote ID. 🙂
