What does he say at the end “get ready for the ____”? It sounds like “get ready for debate” but I don’t get why that would be the last line for the intro. I definitely saw the episode the clip is from but do not remember the context
@@arraescobar6083it’s get ready for the bass. It’s from an episode where Noel was pretending to be a pilot coming on over the intercom on a plane and doing a dj set lol. It’s an early episode but one of one’s I’ve laughed the hardest at
I found it so hilarious how Noel was repeatedly trying to find the word for the coke machine while the producer was just highlighting the name and running the mouse over it over and over
9:39 when theyre highlighting "freestyle" in multiple places trying to tell noel and cody what the hell the machines are actually called has me dying laughing
I saw an interview with Juicy J where he was actually talking about not packing clothes when he travels; he’ll just arrive, buy designer outfits, and give most of it away afterwards Cody’s joke is apparently his reality
the best eps are when they work a bit for so long that eventually they end up in a little gigglefest and we are just watching two grown men laugh at their own joke for 40 minutes
As someone who fills those Coke Freestyle machines at my job, you’re probably just tasting stronger vanilla flavor, because vanilla is its own cartridge. It’s how every drink has a flavored option, it’s all separately flavored cartridges (vanilla, raspberry, lemon, lime, etc.)
I knew someone in college where they’d literally just donate EVERYTHING at the end of the year so they wouldn’t have to take anything home. He’d buy all new clothes and stuff whenever he’d get home.
i’m a performer on a cruise ship and we’ve been traveling around europe for the last 2 months, and what cody said about italian food from italy is so spot on- i no longer feel like a spoiled prick, thanks for validating me gentlemen
34:01😂facts I work at a hotel in TX and we aren’t allowed to take anything to the rooms anymore. Mostly because of Covid but some of our employees got caught up fucking our guest as well.
My understanding, from having an Italian fiancé and friends, is that Italians are very conscious of the cold and how coldness affects your body. They are loathe to leave windows open or have AC running too close to you/too long because of “colpo d’aria”, essentially the cold makes you susceptible to muscle aches (especially in the neck) and sickness. They don’t believe in going outside with wet hair or else you’ll catch a cold. They tend to dress for the season and not the weather - for example, when it’s a warmer spring day you’ll still see people bundled up like it’s the dead of winter. All of this leads me to believe there is a connection between these habits and not using ice. You will see ice in some things, like Aperol Spritz, but it’s not common to drink ice water or ice with soda. Something tells me that they would be afraid of the too-cold water messing with your digestion - that is another big deal in Italian culture. I can’t say for certain, because I’ve never heard Italians explicitly talk about their views on ice, but next time I’m in Italy I am curious to find out.
Yesss!!! I'm an Italian living in Italy and your comment is spot on. We are extremely careful about AC and not putting too much ice in our drinks. The interesting thing is that majority of Italians can't wrap their head around how this cultural behavior doesn't exist in the US. We've been told since we were kids to put a scarf on and not to open the window after having a hot shower. It's interesting how different we all are.
Round-trip to London btw. Even from a majority of places in Europe you won't get away with that trip much cheaper most of the time. Though it is London which is probably one of the most expensive, and simultaneously underwhelming, cities to visit in the world.
I think people tend to forget that Sicily is extremely different than Italy. The environment, the food, the culture, and even the language/dialect is different. It’s also a lot less touristy and less people speak english there.
I want to take these boys through Italy so they eat the right stuff, understand and experience the regionality of Italian cuisine, so they can’t come back and say deep dish pizza is better “Italian food” 😂
9:29 i used to work at jack in the crack and would service the freestyle machines. The flavors are a separate syrup and I didn't see a no sugar flavor. So the vanilla, cherry and the others prolly do have sugar.
Noel trying to land the “no I just throw away my clothes” 3x cause Cody is busy thinking about the possibilities of taking a 2nd suitcase.
and Cody still laughs hard when he does hear it, podcast chemistry right there

We need a wild card in our deck for sure
Cody's gullibility is so funny
I love how whenever Noel needs to reference a place now, it's always Kansas City. Thanks Meat Canyon!
