Another great video, it annoys me so much, when they try the “public order offence” when you swear at them, or around them.
I’ve seen a few audits where they’ve made arrests for swearing at police, where no members of public were in earshot.
They actually need a called in complaint to arrest for public order offences but we all know this rule gets flouted by unscrupulous officers daily.
