Tbh Matt u really got it wrong on this one, it was clearly marked 😳
Not really clearly marked, one tiny sign on the other side of the road from where he come from, if you knew where you were going prior that is easily missed because most people look ahead at the corner of the bend not over the road when not crossing
@@monkstandinglast it's still marked though.
@@Zeus-kj7nn Not well enough though, just because theres a line painted across could be anything from roadworks to grafiti without being properly signed in as is the case here (one sign, not in a location hinting where the sign would mean the road, and being a non recognised no entry sign from any that is standardly used by the highways agency ie the red circle with red line through) I and probably many others would have assumed that sign meant don't try going on grass and jumping the fence with it being nowhere near the road and the angle it was at. all this points to either that place trying to effect a takeover of public land or they are incompetent at putting their no entry rules in a clear way.
two old bullys, bullying a man, what are these bullys not like when working with younger ppl.
Great video Matt good for standing your ground 👍👍👍👍
you have more bottle than my bloody milkman keep it up
Love the way you dealt with those two dum dums
Because of the current terrorist situation, tell the government to stop letting the current situation into the country then.
New law !!!! Police law. Everything in GB is private property
Owned by police departments
And photography is a crime
That is what police officers taught us today
Well done keep arrogant police like that bloke in check what a jerk🙋♂️🇦🇺
Are you referring to the one that proved his point which Matt accepted?
@@leathleyg5995 Why are they not stopping all the vehicles driving through with dashcams ?
@@noelward8047 Because they don't want to....its their property, they can pick on a guy with a camera if they like.
@@leathleyg5995 'pick on a guy'
There it is, in a nutshell Haha
(You must try harder).
@@leathleyg5995 There it is ... 'pick on'.
Do you understand Law ?
Earning the hate, they love it ,they live and breath the hate and contempt for anyone not in a police uniform
Protect our borders not your gates!
When the guy in the black car said he’d do something about it…you should have asked him if he is Ronny Pickering 😂..love the vids Mat keep em coming
Always obsessed with getting everyone’s private details. It’s an addiction!
Quite a poor start - but credit where it’s due: they did adjust their approach , and it ended quite pleasantly. Personally; I can forgive the ‘welcome’ if they adjust after a conversation. They will have learned from the interaction too, so all good.
Good audit, Matt! 👍
Dynamite altogether brother!
Keep your shoulder to the wheel ✨️
Reminds me of a dads army episode , ‘don’t tell him your name Pike’ 😁
You’re still one of the best out there
Great content as usual
What's all that traffic doing on MOD land....
Workers. It's the biggest employer in Plymouth. The largest naval base in Western Europe.
Its hundreds of acres with thousands of people working there.
1.hands-pockets.
2.headgear.
3.unauthorised paraphenalia on issued uniform.
4.copsplaining.
5.failure to correctly identify.
6.parked on pavement.
7.wasting police time.
Surely that "MOD PROPERTY REFERS TO THE LAND BEHIND THE TREES??
you took the piggies for a walkie.
13:30 So security and police think that the use of a camera is a huge great security risk. Until they take Google to court for the photos available on Streetmap then I'll call his statements absolute bullshit and extreme gaslighting and just pure intimidation.
@Brian Mooney Judges work with the law, not people's security concerns.
Evening Matt, I just found your channel as I noticed where you were.. I live very close to this naval base ,infact I can see the ships in the base from my house .. We use to see the big ships coming into the base before the incinerator was built there ..(ugly thing) ..
Mat climbed down upon seeing the red line
Did you FUCKUP Matt lol
I absolutely hate this profession. They haven't got a clue A pub fight and they wouldn't turn up. A burglary, not to be seen. Post meme and 3 turn up - hated by the majority.
You are spot on, MOD plod definitely wouldn't be called on to attend a fight on a civilian site because they are employed to secure MILITARY sites. The clue is in the name ffs...................
@Brian Mooney I 100% wouldn't call them.
I would call an ambulance for the idiot who broke into my house. The chances of the Police turning up are slim to none. You keep your faith in the plebs in blue. I'll keep the faith in my ability to deal with intruders myself.
@@thewomble1509 it's based on the police in general, all egotistical power hungry plebs. You keep going balls deep on the boys in blue. FFS 🤔
@@simplymatty Whoo how brave you are!
I am no Police fan boy matt but I am able to use discernment and good judgement. Talk to me like that again and we'll have to meet up you wanker
Hey mate, It is always good to see a new video from you, your approach is excellant though I just wouldn't talk to any of them at all that might be boring viewing, anyway great stuff mate, definately style wise and approach second to none in uk lad.
If it’s that sensitive or secret……why not put a controlled gate at the demarcation point to avoid this situation happening. That might save some MoD Police time.
The question I always ask myself after watching video's like these, is why do we have the security threat in the first place? Who is responsible for the state of the UK security?
Another absolutely fantastic video. More of these videos and stay safe PLEASE.
👋😂😂😂😂😂😂prune.
Devonport is massive. It's actually an interesting place and I'd certainly have a good look around whatever I could see from public if was passing. Maybe a few photos too. Home of the Royal Navy after all. Big history there.
MOD property is behind the hedge to the right parallel with the sign not the red line, if it was the red line can they trespass all the motorists and pedestrians?
As per usual matt thanks for the great content. Remember, if you are in the southwest and need a place for the night or somewhere for a hot meal give us a shout mate.
Old boy in the copper outfit started off thinking he was Billy Bollo*s and could use his bully boy tactics. He certainly changed his attitude when he realised he’d met his match.
Matt matey apparently the royal navy ain't called the senior service for nothing Lol
Their ego always gets the better of them with their presumed authority
never knew you signed the official secrets act
Obviously cops have learnt a new word, Obviously 🤣🧐
I spent time there in 1979, we built a ramp up to the deck of The Ark Royal so it could be decommissioned.
@Brian Mooneywhy? Because you didn't see me there?
The Official Secrets Act 1989 applies to people (namely crown employees and government contractors), in certain circumstances. It does not apply to places. It might apply to people working in a certain place but not the place itself.
They love acting big and abusing the public 😤😤
They parked on double yellow lines. Double yellow lines exist to stop people parking in certain places in public. There's no laws about how/where people park on private property, so there's not double yellow lines on private property. Even if that area is private property - the double yellow lines suggest it's public.
Stanford prison experiment springs to mind.
There is zero current terrorist threat at all.
What a jumped up petty little man, thinks the uniform makes him a superhero. Well done Matt owned that insignificant little man. He could bore a glass eye to sleep. Them two are like Dad's army not a clue
Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Article 19
"Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers."
So showing the finger, even swearing, is a form of expression, and therefore police can do nothing, you know, seeing as these tyrants swear an oath to "uphold fundemental human rights". But not using threats, as that is actually against the law. And photogrphing/videoing in public is also laid out in the Met polices own website
"Members of the public and the media do not need a permit to film or photograph in public places and police have no power to stop them filming or photographing incidents or police personnel."
Trying to use the terrorism crap is the biggest twist in their rules as they have to have evidence that you are involved in terrorism, not just because they "think" you are. And how many terrorists, who use covert measures to keep their identities hidden, are going to stand, in broad daylight, with face in full view of every CCTV, dashcam, cameraphone, and person who can give a description? Yeah, none. Bullying thugs abusing rights need to be disciplined, even sacked. At least he apologised, but he shouldn't need to if he hadn't gone in full on attitude problem
They haven't stopped him they've just asked to not do it on mod land. Simple.
So photography is a major threat to uk security but not the unchecked dingy divers flooding our shores ??? 🤔
Deadwood, end of career boys. Will be monitoring car parks soon.. Wont be bothering us much longer..
