- When we hear the term brisket, beef is what comes to mind. But the reality is that every animal has a “brisket” and we cooked up 4 of the most unique ones we could find. Big thank you to Guga for joining me on the video, we had a blast! @GugaFoods

Max is the MAN! It's fair to say we had the BRISKET sweats after this cook and I LOVED it! Max you need to come back for a 2nd cook!
Y’all bogus y’all kno yall needed the brisket king
use a beef brisket as an seasoning on the pork brisket (like you seasoned a steak with a steak) would LOVE TO SEE THE OUTCMING
You both inspire me! I've been watching Max for well over a year but finally subscribed. Hope to see more group vids in the future
So much fun Guga! Can’t wait for the next one
Low and slow
That lamb brisket is actually pretty averaged sized. I’m sure it has a great personality.
xD
average? I’d say its quite big, huge in fact, far bigger than average haha
It would hurt if it was any bigger
@@thomasfurtick3326 I don't know about that, I'm usually comfortable with brisket the size of the wagyu one.
LMAAOOOOO
Evil Max be like: We’re smoking over hickory, hot and fast.
Love how the food community on YT works together! Excellent video gentlemen
Nah because they never include ThatDudeCanCook.
@@andrewrchooven1996 I wonder the reason why.
@@dmiller4088 and what would the reason be?
@@andrewrchooven1996 that's what I'm asking. Idk why. Any thoughts?
@@dmiller4088 oh I couldn't tell if you were insinuating something
I’ve had pork brisket before and I can totally understand why Max liked it better than the Wagyu one. Pork is a phenomenal meat
This video makes me want to find some pork brisket. It makes me want to try with venison too. I usually cut the brisket into stew/grind meat on the deer I harvest, field dressing and pack out usually messes the brisket up.
No way pork is better than beef
I love when they follow the Kosher lamb brisket with the Pork one 😂
I was really waiting for that line
"We're smoking over applewood low and slow"
Absolutely love seeing Max and Guga together plz more videos together!! 👏
Great video. Would love to try your cooking. It always looks so amazing
Max and Guga are a great team, and make some of the best looking food I've ever laid eyes on.
You guys should do more colabs!
4:39 you can actually see the rainbow in that brisket, just awesome!
I love your collabs with Guga, such an iconic duo 🙂 ✨
Love the longer videos Max!
I better stop watching Max's videos when I'm hungry
My lord these thing look amazing Max and Guga!!
Great video max loving your content ❤
Max had a heartattack when guga didn't have applewood
Absolutely amazing! Great idea, guys 👍
Amazing Briskets Max and Guga!
im glad you all work together cause its been fun and its adorable when you all love working together. Always fun to see bromances lol
I love how tiktok and CZcams shorts created this new wave of food content creators and how max nick and guga all work together a lot now.
I was waiting for this video !!!
Guga nick and max videos, any mix of the 3, are can’t miss collabs
Fantastic video! That pork really looked next level. Wagyu brisket always looks phenomenal. You and Guga are easily the best and most creative grill masters on youtube. Amazing content, we are all greatly appreciative for your hard work and awesome tips & tricks along the way. Low and slow, cheers everybody 😁🤙
This is awesome video! Really enjoyed it! Good to know. We’ll have to try pork brisket.
i live about 10 miles from a bison farm. the best cut is known as a "hump" steak. and i was told its like wagyu, tenderness and fatty wise, at least.
Awesome collab, thank you
I have been waiting months for this video. Ever since you posted it on your Instagram story I’ve been HYPED
🙏🙏🙏
This two are amazing, big fan of both. great video :)
Also max, chill out with that knife, your gonna stab guga lmfao
Love your vids bro
Yeah max your authentic and so is guga,
Both wizards
As someone who grew up eating bison it’s kinda comical to me that they’re surprised with it. Both bison and beef are in the bovine family and the main difference between beef and bison is the fat content of the meat. Bison is typically a lot leaner.
There's more difference than just that. Bison has a way more intense beefy flavor, the filet is as beefy as beef sirloin but just as tender as it is on a cow. Truly an amazing meat and it's little wonder why they almost went extinct.
What a fire collaboration 😍😍
A long video of max the meat guy that I'll actually watch
These fudging scam bots youtube has to do something man
And now thanks to guga, I have more food channels to watch while eating dinner
HE SAID THE THINGGGGGG!!!!!!
what a collab!!
Love the channel but every time I watch one of your videos I get hungry 😂
Legendary collaboration
Guga so needs to do ALL the steaks. Imagine him trying all the different kinds of steaks from venison, elk, bison, gator etc.
Would be interesting plus he can make them in different ways and get more episodes out of it.
One thing you have to consider is that the pork one probably cost 80$ tops while the wagyu was like 1200$ lmao
That cut of pork is part of the picnic and is incredibly cheap, it probably cost less than $20. The Waygu brisket probably cost between $225-$500 depending on exactly what it was (a lot of different beef is referred to as Waygu).
the collab with guga is just funny
2:35. That max chuckle. So cute
Uwu daddy max
Lets dooooooooo it
Lmaooo The clip of the squirting brisket. Kills me everytime I see it😂😂😂 dirty minds come together
Definitely have to try that port brisket
My two favorite guys!
Guga is such a hype man. What a king
Thanks for teaching the world about how to cook
They all looked amazing! I'm really curious about the bison.
As someone who has had bison before (bison burgers at a restaurant) it is quite lean and very delicious. I personally prefer it to beef.
"This thing's tiny, but either way, let's do it"
Why do I keep watching your videos IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! I'm so unbelievably hungry now...
You should Dryage a bison brisket we would love to see that. Good video
If we get all FIVE GREATEST TIKTOK COOKS ON A VID(in my opinion) those being Max, Guga, Nick, Qcp, and TGB. Then that would be the TRUE Magnum Opus of foodtok
I’m all about a collab of Max, Guga, Nick, Weissman, and of course Uncle Roger.
Imagine there was such thing as a chicken brisket, the chickens better be big
czcams.com/video/94TJEsDzdYc/video.htmlm50s
there isn't much rib meat on the chicken and it's mainly used in things like nuggets or chicken patties.
Wow, Guga is showing up in everyone's videos this morning!
“I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a lamb brisket.” “This thing is tiny.”
it’s average…
@@bakinitright6637 don’t. It’s a scam
We need a going over apple wood low and and slow compilation
nice vid fellas
Hi from the Hai … keep up great work max
Alright, that's it! We've had enough! ... From now on, if you want to continue your CZcams channel, you have to feed all of us viewers some of the delicious meats every time you release a new episode!! 🤣
I think beef brisket is the best tasting beef I’ve ever eaten. Juicy tender and super flavoursome. That middle section is to die for. Brisket is definitely on top my last meal list followed closely by a smoked seafood feast
They could do a whole show, together. 10/10 video
This Video: Perfecly fine cooking video.
The video when Mom walks in: 4:56
The look on Maxs face when guga snatched the bigger lamb piece from the front of him😅
Love to see this ✨✨✨🤌🏾🤌🏾🤌🏾
Max's voice is so soothing. Low and slow
30 seconds posted and Max read and liked my comment. Whoaa. Thank you maaannn 🥰
Two legends
I’m on vacay in Florida this weekend. What I would give for a GUGU dry age steak!
Bro said gugu
I really enjoyed Guga's presence
Just cause guga said to i liked and subscribed
Got you guga 😉
My top serious grilling pros
I’m interested in trying lamb brisket, I’d love the ribs attached because it makes great finger food.
Gotta try the pork brisket. didn't know that existed
I did my first bison brisket the other day. It turned out very well. I think I still prefer beef, but it was nice to try something new.
How'd you describe the taste compared to beef?
It’s richer and leaner
Love it!
I love buffalo! I once had buffalo ribs and they were absolutely awesome!
The only bad part of this video is that I just ate and now I'm super hungry again. Lol.
bro watching this i just want to eat the entire brisket bro all that protein pure gains
I fuckin love Guga
7:47 guga is like mannn I almost fell into the flavor
"Just check out those coconuts"
Lol
This meat looks incredible!
@Text Me ①⑤①⓪⑥⓪⑨⑥⓪①④ shut up bot
I had to laugh that you guys went from the kosher lamb brisket and then jumped right into pork... :-D
its funny seeing guga say thanks for inviting him, when the video is being recorded in his house. haha
Great video guys. How come you only took a little piece of bison?
Guga’s reaction to pork 😅😂
I was gifted a small piece of bison and I made jerky out of it. Hands down the best jerky so far!
Lamb brisket sound like a cool metal band, not gonna lie. I hope it exists 😂
Salom, Max the meat guy. God Bless you.🙏
🦆🦆🦆HEY MAX! Tell guga he’s got some duck to cook over on his channel. Thank you.🦆🦆🦆
2:10 my man tried to salt bae in front of guga lol
Suggestion. Do a knife video with burrfection.. one thing about cooking is the thing about having sharp knives
I’m waiting for the day when max says, “hey guys I’m sorry I haven’t posted, idk if you’ve heard but I used up all to apple wood in the country:(
@maxthemeatguy if you want to take out the salt soak it milk. And skirt steak is the saltiest part of kosher cow cuz it's the outer layer.
Hey max what part of Florida are you in
Surprised you both never had bison, bison burgers are amazing and I know Guga loves burgers. 👍
damn man you kicked it offffff
"They act like 2 legends cannot co exist"
