cats are the absolute best; they're so sweet. u guys will love Lucky when he comes home. i grew up with dogs, and i 100% prefer cats now because of how easy it is to manage them. they're not as clingy as dogs, but they do love to cuddle. as far as him remembering you guys, cats do remember scents and voices. Soo, he will definitely be happy to see you guys!!!

in regards to kitten transportation from cyprus to uk, its is a very common practice for people to adopt cats from countries like cyprus and bring them to their parents who live in other European countries. there are animal organizations - must be - in Cyprus that have dealt with situations like that and they can definitely if not help but give you advice. also sometimes those organizations arrange a person traveling in your case cyprus -uk who would literally bring cat to you once other paper is sorted.

Cats have incredible memory and whoever they’re more attached to as a kitten they forever show more affection to that person as it is a mother to them ( I have 2 cats and worked in a refuge )
I love cats because they show their love but also need their space and give you space. They also can remember words through repetition.
