Omg girls. Ive used so many moisturisers over the years and obv some are good, some are bad etc. But I've been using just almond oil for the past 6 months, and it's life changing. I mostly put it in the bath because it stays on your skin after anyway.. but i put it on before i go in a sauna, and put it all over my body 2-3 nights per week.
Mandi!! When will you respect yourself enough and understand that you deserve a man who cherish you, pushes you to follow your dreams and be who you are?? Is this how you want to spend the rest of your life? Being upset and crying every week because of a man who has no confidence and scared for you to be more successful it's just out of order!!! Did you think if one day you would have a child with him for your child it would be natural to be in an abusive relationship?? You would see that is not the way you want your child to grow up so you would become a single mum. It's time to run now!!! Before it's too late!! I never comment on videos, I really love your podcast. However, I’m so shocked Anna has said she doesn’t think her boyfriend is ‘abusive’. Anna last weeks episode really made me quite sad and angry and your boyfriend without even knowing him with what you said about your holiday and how he treated you.. it sounds like constant emotional abuse. You should really start looking into coercive and controlling behaviour, he hits every point and victims continue to condone and make excuse for their partners behaviour like you do. I work in the probation service with men just like him, stop wasting your years and find someone who will make you genuinely happy. Bit deep (sorry), love the pod!

cerave is an amazing brand with excellent products (watch any video from any dermatologist and you will hear them rave about it), and fragrance is unfortunately not great for sensitive skin (counterintuitive, huh, given how all "high-end" products put fragrance in their product. But hey, capitalists do not care about your skin healthy, they only want you to get addicted to their products, so they would do anything to get there, from the smell, the experience, the branding, the ad, the customer service, the short-term gain, but that does not equal good for your skin). Try using brands like cerave/aveeno with no fragrance, and use a perfume for the smell. you will see massive difference.
