I went to university in hopes of getting a higher education...I realized the professors lacked vision and I felt like a robot just warming up the seat. So I left and continued learning on my own. I accomplished so much more since then. School may not always work but knowledge + action definitely = Power

I want to learn more every single day but I will practice my patience.
My grandpa passed away few weeks ago and I have been struggling to focus on studies because it happened to him out of nowhere. It taught me that life doesn't gaurantee that you'll live till you're old. I couldn't find the motivation to study but I've to keep going!

I.ve been on my own since I was 11, broke, poor and simple. this year I.m gonna take my degree exam, 2 universities at once, I.ts been hard, so damn hard, not much of a personal life, but just the simple thought of the moment I get there, it makes me feel good allready. I don.t have anyone to say "good job!" but hell, I.m proud of myself.

My first year in university was a flop and I was at my lowest point but now in my second year, I am starting to build back up from the scraps. I have had to do it all in silence and I haven't shared it with any living person in my life. I am consistently planning things out and making decisions to help myself get the business degree.

@@theinspirationalspeaker8897 waking up at 6am, scheduling tasks on Google calendar, timing myself, dividing up work between my friends and I so we get done with things faster, and always planning next steps to get ahead on certain things. That's just a few things I do.

When I first ever finish reading a book "Atomic Habits" I decided to change. And I always thought that books were cliche but no. I changed. 1st sem I was playing games all day sleeping late at 1 to 3AM and 2nd sem almost done, I changed how I live my life and How i do things. Sleep at 7:30 PM wake up at 3:30 - 4:00 AM and read a book first thing in the morning before I start working / studying. This just reinforced my beliefs and what I will accomplish. Thank you!

i'm currently studying law. it's my first year, exams are beginning in 2 weeks, i'm currently learning and struggling to gather as much information as possible. i tried the best not to procrastinate during the semester and the results are showing, as now i only have to revise the subjects.
sometimes i still overthink about the exams, i have that fear that i may not pass my exams, yet my other colleagues are constantly panicking because they didn't even open the books during the semester.

This speaks to me. I graduated HS in 2010 but I didn't get my first college degree until 2018. I went to one of the top high schools in my state near the top of my class. I got to college my first time overconfident and not applying myself. Boom, gone in a year with horrible grades. I got kicked out of college two more times because of a lack of financial aid. I finally completed my associate's degree after serving in the military, taking one class at a time. Then I got a job, took two classes at a time over the course of 4 more years and graduated in Summer of 2020 with my bachelor's degree. I'm now halfway through my first term of an accelerated grad school program. I was broke, I was struggling, but I persisted. I learned not only about academic subjects, but about financial independence and about hard ass work.
It's possible. Make a plan and execute on it EVERY DAMN DAY.

Today, I got 58 in my English test, 60 in a business test and a poor result in my Media. I'm usually a B+ student - but today, i fell down. In Australia, our school results are different e.g. a 50 - 65 is a C, a 65-75 is a B, and 75 and above is an A.
