Alot of things in this game are that way tho man, quad on nearly anything is a god roll, railway rifle especially but ive done all end game content with a 1 star bloodied railway, you dont need god rolls at all, do you "want" them as a perfect ideal? Yes...

Melee is like that. Faster swing speed, Incisor and food buffs do most of the work.

To be honest, the Electro-Enforcer is the only weapon from Invaders from Beyond that’s actually worth getting; the blaster’s always been in F76, and the Alien Disintegrator doesn’t do NEARLY enough damage to warrant it’s use unless you’re a stealth build.

There is the smaller similar looking 1 handed weapon...but that's just a skinned baton iirc

Is there a benefit to have 3 one star slugger cards instead of 1 three star slugger card? Its something I've always wondered in these builds.

Yes. 3 1 star cards give +30% vs 1 3 star card giving 20%.

I see so many people use the Perks to let radz heal you but they never stand in water or anything while fighting to give yourself a "regen" buff. He was fighting Mirelurk Queen and she lives in the rad water, why not fight in water?

If I remember correctly 99% of them only give regen when not in combat...but for this one in particular... it only takes away the rads you aquire...it doesn't make your character heal itself otherwise
