You need a resonator delete bro. It's a bit further back in the exhaust. That's why it's not loud. Take it to a shop they will charge you maybe like 100 bucks for a job well done
Go check out my other video titled "Finally fixed my exhaust". I got it welded properly and the sound changed. I asked the guy who did it about the resonator and he said it did not have one. The truck was completely stock so I have no clue tbh but go give me your thoughts on there.🙏 thank you

Couldn’t you have cut the non flanged side instead of making a new flange to fit?
I recommend that you take off the resonator, it will have the sound that your looking for. The resonator is between the exhaust tip and the muffler and is pretty small. It will be much easier for you to do than the muffler. Give it a try my friend. God bless and take care 🙏👊🏼✌🏻
These years don’t have resonators in the back. Has a third cat.
