Thank you! For your school I would recommend learning more about Google search ads before CZcams ads. I think that's a better place to start running search ads targeting your local zip codes.
CZcams ads is a great addition 6 to 9 months later after the search campaign is working as nice remarketing tool

Start with CPV until you have conversions. Once you know that your ads and landing pages convert, then you can switch to Max Conversions.... You need data first though otherwise you'll spend a lot more money than you need too

Hi Jason, what is the best budget to start for youtube ads? is it 10 dollars or 2 dollars like we saw in the tutorial, especially when you have a tight budget a lot of people say that you won't get sales with 10 dollars a day, is that true even when you have the right audience to target?
Start with 2-5 per day per campaign. The views come in FAST so you really don't need a lot to start to see what may start working. You can always raise your budget for those campaigns/audiences that look more promising.
Yes, $10 may not be enough to get sales now, but remember that the more you spend the faster the data comes in. So you just may have to run ads a over a longer period of time to finally get that sale

Can I show ads in CZcams without video, rather ads like display ads. Now a days I am seeing lots of display ads in my youtube. So can I show such ads.
Yup, that would be display ads. You can also create discovery ads that will run on CZcams as well. You'll create a display campaign, choose your audience targeting, and then select youtube.com as the only site you want to run ads on
Unfortunately I watched many videos, no one starts from scratch, like you started you already have google ads accounts , how to setup account from scratch? , I tried to just google and creat ads account but it’s just too complicated and my screen is not like yours 🙁

Looking at an account entire average is silly. I run a LOT of experiments; in-feed and in-stream and most fail. I never hide that.
The goal is to find the few combinations that work - not keep an accounts averages looking good.
