The tank just has battle damage and looks more aesthetic.
Just get a piece of acrylic and toss it in there. Easy to cut to the perfect size and if you have to put a few holes in it to screw down it wont shatter. Out in CA used to use a place called Tap Plastic, gotta be something like that here in AZ.

You could just use acrylic if you keep it. Tho it would not be hard to go to a local mill and see if they would cut some glass for you. the metal Bracket isnt to hard to patch up if you got a guy who nows his/her way around metalworking.
A new top panel made with metal cut slits for air flow, paint it wrinkle black and see how you can mount the cannon portion of the tank maybe

Try and get the brackets straighten up and then see if some company can cut you the glass or plastic even, surely the case manual will give you some idea what the glass should look like etc

U could probably get the glass for it if it's a flat piece most hardware stores carry panes of glass
Contact local glass companies. You can more than likely get a piece of glass made for that for a decent price
I honestly almost always have problems with amazon when its a third party seller.. It really sucks to be honest. On the bright side of things though amazon itself as a company is really good about giving you your money back regardless of any situation. As far as getting a new Tank Case... I highly doubt it, you have about a 1% chance of that happening lol alot of third party sellers are pretty shady to begin with. They like to leave alot of details out of things. Example- I purchased 4 different motherboards from third party sellers and they were all open box " Like New" conditon and they all had bent pins. It wasn't until my fifth Mobo that I got one that wasn't faulty. Basically what I'm getting at is just get your money back👌
Ebay used to be good at one point, and used stuff was reasonable. now Amazon feels like a worse Ebay. i ordered some diamond sharpening stones off Amazon and got 4x of the lowest grit (hands down the cheapest) and its a giant pain
You can maybe take it to a local glass company who can make you aome new cuts to replace the glass

Seems like a really bad design. In the video no support inside the tank case is shown to butress the glass. The turret is mounted directly onto the glass when the panels probably should have been wraped separately

Maybe you can see you can fix it yourself, since you make custom cases I’d assume that you also get custom cut tempered glass.

I think you should just go to the nearest glass seller and just replace it. It’s a tank, it’s ok if it’s scuffed up. Bite the “bullet” and just move on with the build.

The only thing you can do is Amazon will have to refund you if that's indeed where you bought it. They will probably take the broken thing back as well 👍
Just get a new set of temp glass? Tbh i would mod the whole thing at that point extend the bolts on the side for better airflow cut he front grill and replace it with somthing more airflo/nice to look at as for he top id make it rotate since that pice and braket will need to be re inserted to the new tepered glass or whatever u guys use

Have you guys thought about just repairing the tank? It doesn’t seem like it’s too much damage.
Since it came back in a Few day I would honestly make the charge back, cause clearly the shipper does not care. I work for fedex and when a business moves they let the package shippers know. In this case the sender does not care and just wants your money. If you haven't to get ride of it try another vendor, or repair the case with better quality glass

CNC the new top tempered glass and put the fake moss and rock around and in top to make the tank look more real since there is a lot of scratch why not make it more like a tank in the war.

why why why would youtube recommend me this video after i just purchased this off amazon : (. Now I'm nervous as hell, and even worse amazon says it will be an extended period of time before i actually get it (like a month or so). I am going to have nightmares of some UPS guy punting my box across the warehouse now : (.
All joking aside if it was just the glass I would say take it to a local glass shop (believe it or not they do actually exists) and have a new glass top made. I don't see any viable way to have the bent brackets fixed thou : (.
I am actually torn on if i want to remove those glass sides, have them taken to my local glass shop "convinetly like literally 20 feet from house), and have them turned into plexiglass with holes in it for better airflow? Oh by the way did i forget to mention that i am building a server pc with it that will be in my living room!

Found you with the tank on shorts, wondering why your skeptical with chargebacks, Amazon may charge them something, merchant card might charge them something, if somethign isn't packaged good, I don't care what the cost of returning is. Getting anything back is better then nothing back. Your call I guess, even if amazon refunds your money, they don't pay for that, its a tax deduction for them, you think they will bat an eye?

I used to try to purchase music from Amazon I UCD's they would only send the music as an MP3 which I did not order. I proved to them that they were changing their order they eventually decided to refund, but before they did that they only wanted to tell me that sings how I've already got the product I didn't order. I couldn't stay just buy something else from them. Namely, in P3 player. I refuse to do that. The Last thing I ordered from Amazon was workshirts that came in blatantly the wrong size when I put in. I'm an extra large I expect extra large not small. They refused to refund the money and said it was my fault. I stopped doing business with Amazon. Now I find a third party seller online directly or I use ebay
