Hi Shirani. Thanks so much for this recipe! I'm American and have been living in Poland for the past 9 years and breakfast sausage is one of the things I really miss from the US. All of the other videos are complicated and require spices that would be difficult to find here.
The grocery store near my place didn't have all of the spices needed so I went to a big superstore in the mall. I was able to find everything except sage and maple syrup (I substituted with brown sugar). The only alterations I made were adding about 2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper and brown sugar. I put all spices in 500 grams (1.1lbs) of ground pork.
I went on another shopping trip to a different store and actually found maple syrup (which was there during a holiday special). I add 2 tablespoons of syrup.
In December, I bought several packs of ground pork and just remade this recipe a few times. And today I bought a pack :D
    Thanks so much!

Aww, you are very welcome! Thank you so much as well. I am so so happy for you that you can finally make your own breakfast sausage at home. That's awesome that you found some maple syrup. If I were close by I would give you a big hug 😁🤗. I know the feeling because when I can find ingredients to make things from my country nothing makes me happier 😊. Sending lots of love to you in Poland ❤

Making them one at a time is doing it the hard way. Do this instead. Buy some egg rings. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a cutting board and fill each ring halfway or so to the top pressing the meat into the ring. No need to be perfect. Remove the rings carefully and lay another piece of plastic wrap over the patties. Now put another cutting board over the top sheet of plastic wrap so that the patties are sandwiched in between two sheets of plastic wrap with a cutting board on top and bottom. Then just press down evenly on the top cutting board to make the patties flatter. Easy peasy.
