Miss Diva ! I seriously learn majority of my recipes from you. I recently cooked your turkey burgers which were AMAZING & when I looked for a turkey sausage recipe.. I came across yours. I found out you had pages and not I'm in love with all the recipes I've looked at. This is the best channel. I'm actually portioning my meals now and eating healthier. So your recipes is a mixture of healthy foods as well :) Love it! I definitely admire what you do.

I just made this and followed the recipe to a "T" and it is....... delicious. My daughter said my new role for breakfast is making the sausage. Personally, i went with the lower end for the fennel (1/2 teaspoon) and I will stay with that. Again, delicious!!

I love your recipe! . I won't buy turkey sausage again because I needed a salt free turkey sausage for breakfast. It taste so much better made by my hands. We eat ground turkey in just about everything. Thanks again, for another great recipe.
Thanks so much for this recipe, Miss Diva. It is hard to find sausage that does not have MSG in it. I will never buy sausage at the store again! This has just the right amount of spiciness. I didn't have fennel seed, so used cumin+dill instead (I read somewhere that either could be used as a substitute for fennel seed. I used both since I couldn't decide which to use). It was delicious. My husband, to his surprise, loved this also. I will try it with ground pork next time since that's the kind of sausage we normally eat.
Since I had my gall bladder taken out I can't handle pork sausage..turkey sausage is sooo much more digestible and leaves me feeling full and satisfied..thanks for your ingredients..I also use a little oregano and basil or Italian seasoning...

I made this today but a deed maple syrup instead of brown sugar. This was to die for!! My family loved it!
I made these but without the thyme, butter and pepper flakes. I added paprika and nutmeg and omg they taste soooo good and way healthier than McDonald’s especially if you use olive oil/ 1 cal oil spray!

Totally forgot the clove, but it is still good!! I usually triple the recipe, shape into patties, place onto parchment paper, and put into a ziploc bag to freeze them for any time we have a sausage craving.

Trying this!!! I don't like the taste of turkey sausage from the grocery store and end up eating the pork kind (although I don't like eating it a lot). This is a great substitute. I wonder, once you make the patties, can you freeze some for later?
