    I really like this video because she gets right down to the recipe. Besides this she was clean, her kitchen was clean. She made a good point of saying she has already washed her hands. I will do this recipe, she made it simple. I subscribed and did a thumbs up, because I believe she is the best.

    You got me in the kitchen making Turkey Breakfast Sausage. Tried a little and made some adjustments increased amounts and found a winner. But you need to know that I grind my own turkey w/my Kitchenaid w/Grinder attachment. I was making Turkey Chorizo and Turkey Meatballs, now I can add Breakfast Sausage to my repertoire. Thanks.

      How do you make turkey chorizo

    • @davidcobb7446
      @davidcobb7446 Před 2 lety +1

      @@parishamearn6963 Basically, ground turkey, garlic, paprika, onion, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper as well as olive oil. I mix it all up and make patties. The vinegar and paprika gives it the flavor. you can add some ground cumin as well. Make adjustments as you make it your own.

    Yaaas ! Thank you for this video. I just watched how to make your own ground turkey. Then i said i should make my own sausage also. You solved my problem because i was thinking in links. But with patties i don't have to stuff the meat into some weird skin 🤣 great video.

    Totally unrelated, but for years I sung the words to the Simon and Garfunkel song as Partly saved Rosemary in time... Man, was I shocked to learn the Scarborough Fair was talking about herbs and spices and not a damsel in distress. Anyway anytime I hear one of the four that's where my mind goes. 😁
    Have a great weekend Lisa...

    • @AnAppetizingLife
      @AnAppetizingLife  Před 4 lety +4

      Let me know how it turns out minus the salt. You could add a little bit of dried oregano, just to build more flavor. Experiment with a tiny bit. If you use too much it will may taste like a meatball instead of breakfast sausage.😂
      Keep me posted on how it turns out and thank you for watching! Enjoy your weekend.

      @@AnAppetizingLife Its been a minute but the results are in. They turned out great. I didn't add salt to the mix but I did do Mrs Dash and none of my ingredients were fresh. BUT, I did add crush pepper and cayenne to heat them up some. Not too much but ground turkey is as basic as you get. The other thing I did was roll them into a ball to the size I wanted then flattened them out in the pan. Thanks for the video. I don't think I'll buy turkey sausage for a while. This way is a cleaner way to eat anyway. Be well.
