    Thank you for sharing this valuable and timesaving video! Maybe one day Aruba will have the funds available to produce such useable content.

    Que estaba pensando los ingenieros de hp cuando diseñaron el sistema de anclaje?, Esto se llama "la burocracia de la instalación"

    Hi, thanks for doing Aruba’s job 😊
    Would you know if the D mount work for the 635 AP?
    I need to attach to solid ceilings

    is there a part number for the bracket that's supposed to be pre-installed on the AP itself? The metal bit that slides into the various options of mounting rails?

    • @ArubaPhoenixProClub
      @ArubaPhoenixProClub  Před měsícem

      Unfortunately not. It's not available as a SKU

    • @Facematronic
      @Facematronic Před měsícem

      @@ArubaPhoenixProClub well you guys should make one. These get left on rails all the time during de-installs and are impossible to mount properly without them. Someone made one on a 3D printer, you guys can make a SKU for it and manufacture spares

      @Facematronic Před měsícem

      @@martinprinsloo5653 they come standard with NIB APs, and it's a crapshoot whether you'll get one on the third party market

    how much user can support for data sharing and for networking printing

    • @ArubaPhoenixProClub
      @ArubaPhoenixProClub  Před 2 lety

      Hi Abhishek, unfortunately the answer to your question is typical answer given by engineers and it's: "it depends". It depends on many factors. First question is: How much sustained throughput are you trying to deliver to each client simultaneously? 500Kbps/5Mbs/50Mbps? All of these are valid answers but can affect the number of how many users you can "support" per AP by a factor of 100. Other questions to consider: Are your clients 2.4GHz or 5GHz capable. Are you using 20MHz, 40MHz or 80MHz wide channels. Are your clients really close to your APs and can connect @ really high data rates or are they far away and are connecting at very low data rates? How congested is the spectrum where you are deploying this network? Are there 10 other APs and 100s of clients sharing the same channel. Remember WiFi runs half duplex and only one device can transmit at any given time on any given channel meaning you will have to wait for your turn if you have many neighbours. Have a look at this video by Ekahau: czcams.com/video/kwp2szhU_WI/video.html to get you started on Wireless Design.
