  • This is my replication of Stan Meyers 8XA circuit.I have never seen any other video before that has ever reproduced these pulses. I think this is the first time a video has been made to show them.I'm showing every piece of equipment in this experiment so that you can see that the pulses were coming from the circuit,and the scope is reading them at the cell.
    My next step will be to get the voltage level up to the point where the voltage is doing the work,and not so much the amps.I feel that it needs to be over 1000 volts for this process to work.
    I hope that you like this video and thanks for watching.

    Marc, this video is only meant to show others how to get the unipolar pulses at the cell. This set up can't be made to work on 12 volts dc. This circuit relies on the 60hz frequency coming from the mains power in a house. That's where the unipolar pulses come from. This is not a resonance cell. It is meant to only prove that you can restrict amps, and that allows more voltage to be applied to the water fuel cell without an increase in current.

    Don, did you hear that Stephen Meyer is finally taking over where Stan left off and absolutely no one is talking about it!!

    John, yes I'm the guy who made the videos of the Meyers Estate. I helped the owner get the word out of the sale.
    It was sold to a company in Detroit called QCI.

      +Dynodon64 Hi Don, I have a little question... current flows throw your water capacitor or it's totally inhibited?

    • @Dynodon64
      @Dynodon64  Před 8 lety

      yes there is current flow in this system. Stan used this set up to prove that if you restrict current, then voltage will rise. This system only reduces current, not stop it. His later system was current restriction through resonance.

      Oh and something else please... How you gotted those unipolar pulses? I understand that the SCR it's the gate at 120 Hz max. BUT how are this "unipolar" resonant pulses made? I know that the inductive chokes develops this but what is the name of this phenomena or how the inductors could do this wear effect? Please help Don.

    • @Dynodon64
      @Dynodon64  Před 8 lety

      +Eng Richard Balboa This set up is not a resonance circuit, it's just a current limiting one, by way of the chokes.
      The unipolar pulses are what you get after the 120 volt ac power at 60hz is put through a full bridge rectifier, and is changed to 120 volts dc 120hz. The gate is then used to break up the unipolar pulses into groups. The gate frequency has to be slower than 120hz. The scr is just a switch for the high voltage.

      Oh gosh, everything have sense now. So if this device doesn't restricts amps by resonance, I suppose that this device restricts the amps by a Out of phase restriction phenomenon. It's that right?

    i have noticed a strange disappearance of this document the RE: Electrical Polarization Process Memo 420. The latest memo 420 on the internet is from "Birth of a new Technology" and the images in that document dont show the same image what appears in this video. this diagram of 8XA circuit and others including the voltage card are apparently part of memo 420 though because thats what the top right header depicts. Anyone know where i can find that original documentation? again it's not in the memo 420 which is the first chapter of his manual, birth of a new tech it appears to be copyright in 1981 so its a older document.

    You are showing amperage at the output... The real amperage we need to see to understand the efficiency is the inputs's amperage. We could build circuits all day long to see great efficiency at the output, but, what we really need to see is this circuit running in a car, operating at 1/2 amp or less on a standard cell that fits in the engine compartment. My average current consumption at 1 lpm is currently 5-6 amps at 12 volts with a high frequency pwm. Is this something that will be able to be powered off of 12 volts with this small of amperage? usually if the output's amperage is high voltage, whatever the input voltage is multiplies massively. say the output voltage was 120 volts, the amperage for this circuit if the input was 12 volts would theoretically be 6 amps. This really doesn't show any more efficiency than what I am seeing at 12 volts with my pwm. Can you convert this to run with 12 volts dc to see what the draw would be at the input instead of the output?

    hello. have you insulated your tubes? if you spray them with rubberpaint or something dielectric you can stop ampflow and step charging effect appears because now the cell acts like a true capacitor. voltage on the cell will rise very high and starts to break bonds of h2o molecules.

    Hello Don and first thank you for everything you've done to help advance this.
    I have reproduced the 8XA circuit with a coil wire manufactured according to Max's instructions and I could see the current limitation when introducing a gate in the signal. However, something I have a problem in understanding the current limiting system. If I remove the wire coil, it makes no difference in, the current consumption remains limited by the gate. That makes me think that now, in this configuration, only the gate has an influence on the limitation of the current. That puzzles me, because I thought the coil and the way it was connected to the circuit played a key role in this scheme. Have you tried unplugging the coil once introduced the gate into the signal to highlight its influence? Did I missed some thing?Thank's for your help ;)

    • @Dynodon64
      @Dynodon64  Před 8 lety

      +scarou022 IT makes a difference how you wire the coil to your cell. This set up is not meant for a tube type cell. It was used with the variable space plate cell. They were about 3 inches by 12 inches. You didn't say what type of cell you tried it on. Also the most important thing to remember about the gate frequency is that it has to be less than 120hz. It will not work above that. The scr won't shut off. Hope this helps.

      Hello Don,
      First of all thank you for your help. It took me a little time to put everything flat and perform my tests, but I finally understood !!! I hope...
      First I began by making a variable plate cell (60 mm x 120 mm). It was a funny part of work, but not really necessary in reality (If you want, you 'll be able to find it on thiniverse if you search for 8XA). Certainly one way to say "hey this is not intended to resonate !!! " But anyway...
      I have made several measures and tests and I can't post all the datas here, but here under are my conclusions :
      - introducing a gate limits the current in the circuit (Without a gate, there is no current limiting in the circuit).
      - 2 coils are required to allow the SCR diode to trigger. With only 1 coil, the SCR diode "latch" and there is no more a gate and so no current limiting in the circuit).
      - the two coils must be wired in opposition.
      - As the two coils are wired in opposition and the cell is located between the SCR diode and the isolated ground, the position of the cell in the circuit does not matter.
      - The 8XA circuit is not designed to be a resonant circuit.
      - Using a plate cell or a tube cell in this circuit gives the same results.
      What I understand from all this is that the 8XA circuit is a training circuit. In the sense that it is aware that the current limiting is achieved by the introduction of a gate. In the case where it is desired to introduce a coil in the circuit to obtain a resonant circuit to achieve greater voltage, the only way to use an SCR diode, is to have two coils wired in opposition.
      So now I will workhard on the 8XA1. ;)
      Christophe

    Hi Don, In your own opinion... do you believe that Stan Meyer had the previous knowledge of how "scientifically" this electron inhibitor was able for restrict current? Meyer NEVER explained how in the laws of physics this such "magical" restriction was possible. He only says that by way of a MF (Scalar of cource), but how the electrons are stopped?. He never explained that, also there's no any other "alike" device patented or any info related. Please help

    • @Dynodon64
      @Dynodon64  Před 8 lety

      +Eng Richard Balboa If you go back to Stan's earliest papers, you will see he tried many ways to restrict amps. He used some multi layered plates of different materials to restrict amps. I don't know what he might have known, but following his work you will see a progression of amp restriction. He came up with the Chokes, which does just that, choke off amp flow. Then I believe he stumble across the LC resonance by accident. LC resonance does restrict amps and allows the voltage to climb. He was very cautious with what he would let out.

    • @richardbalboa7161
      @richardbalboa7161 Před 8 lety

      +Dynodon64 Hehehe yeah, actually the most great inventios came by accident. But as you know, the main proble is to avoid a break down of the voltage by restricting ampflow and avoiding the use of a resist develop. I also look suspicious most many videos talking about "real" replications of the WFC where most people use distilled water as the main component for restrict amps and not their chokes. I strongly believe that the Chokes are bifilar and 'scalar waves are develop' when a cancellstion of inductance it's made and thus this "magically" effecf could restrict the amps even when a death short condition enviroment is meet. But I want to know how this "magically" effect it's done. I see that the people how know this they don't say anythig about this, and people how dosen't know about this they talk lies and lies to the public.

      +Eng Richard Balboa I have never seen a real replication of any of Stan's work. There are a lot of the tube cells out there, but they don't have the correct alternator to power them. As for the 8xa cell, I haven't seen one of them either. The resonant cell with the 11 small tube sets have never been replicated either. As far as I know, no one has been able to replicate any of Stan's cells exactly. I still believe it works , but have not seen anyone come close yet.
