4 AMPS 60 volts NOT GOOD need some help in coil design ITS ALL IN THE CHOKES
MY CHOKES ARE HOMEMADE AND SHIT AND I HAVE NO HENDRY METER
SO its trial and error
8xA
CIRCUIT BY GLOBALKAST DOT COM
BACK ENGINEERED CIRCUITRY FROM STAN'S MAGICAL BLACK VOLTROLYSIS UNIT ON HIS TABLETOP IN THAT FAMOUS VIDEO OF HIS
I have a 16 plate dry-cell on standby by but i want to experiment with coils first before rigging this circuit to my system i wish to try and produce enough gas so i can make myself an H.H.O heater of some sort on demand fed up of paying for gas its too expensive if you know what i mean.
23 euros a week for a bottle of butane is really starting too piss me off big time there must be away we need to get together on this to design a home heater unit using only a couple of 100 watts for maximum heat. OF Course not forgetting without electrolyte for a clean burn.
i am optimistic .I'm pretty sure it will work
8XA VIK COIL TESTING WITH NO ELECTROLYTE HHO PLATE SETUP - Věda a technologie
@theoneagain Yeah, I had the same problem every time I tried to hook up the scope to see the wave form. The 8xa circuit needs a WFC with a capacitance of 1 uf which is a very large WFC. Add in 2-4 neutral plates, and give all plates a space gap of only 0.010 inches (0.254mm). Use plastic shims as they can be brought to that exact size. To get the 8xa circuit working good make the set up resonate at the grid frequency or 2x the grid frequency. Problem is resonance is temperature dependent.
@theoneagain It has to be the chokes he is using, as I am using 2 Henry chokes and only using roughly .50amps@150v, and when I take it to 300v I am only using 1.33 amps putting out approximately 1LPM. The design of the WFC(ER) is very important as I have my ER all wired in series and the capacitor spacing is only 0.025 inches between electrodes. The ER 10 I am selling has a spacing of only .015 inches and all of the capacitors are totally isolated from each other. The Canadian patent shows this.
The only way to get the amps down is with the full Meyer control circuit where everything is run in resonance. No resonance no amp restriction! The variable power supply for the full control circuit is very easy to make if you follow what is shown in the patent. The full control circuit takes care of the limitations of the 8xa circuit as that circuit was a prototype leading up to the full control circuit. See if you can get the full control circuit and keep up the great work ;-)
Now just so you know the 8xa circuit being used like this shown in the International Independent Test-Evaluation Report used 4-5 amps @ 80 volts and the rotary one used 40 amps @ 12.5 volts. Again the key is resonance and since the 8xa loses control of the frequency you can try and match the set up to the grid frequency for resonance as that should really bring down the amp use. The need for the full circuit was water's dielectric varies with temperature which changes the capacitance of the WFC.
@crafter2u will do ill try everything no worries
Keep going, you will figure it out.
@theoneagain I'm on it, but the ones I make will be for the products I sell, like the ER 10 and soon to follow the Gas Processor, and will not be for any other use, or that is to say I will not back up the items if someone hooks it up to something other than the devices it was made for. I have a lot of work to do and just seem to not have the time to get to everything in a timely manor.
@h2opower well my 8xa is out of service i blew a fuse in my house box shagged the kbpc801 bridge
overload on the alternate input on the bridge damn checked the variac its ok thank god connected up my amp meter wrong gutted hope the scr and diode are ok i have spare scr but not diode
ill have to wait a couple of weeks been at it all day today
The fluctuating current is most likely due to using perforated plates. The bubbles must be pushing the water away from the inner surface of the holes thereby insulating it with HHO and the current drops. The bubbles will stay in the holes due to surface tension until buoyancy wins. The bubble exits at which point water fills the hole and current peaks again.
Maybe?
also the holes in the plates just give you less surface area to make hho
@h2opower i tried today with my 16 plate dry cell doesnt work 2,5 mm gap i think the gap needs changing because that s the only thickness i had i need 1 mm i was pumping out 8 amps couldn' t even get the volts to increase without the amps going crazy so so much for that method when the cells are immersed in water completely it works ok. bizarre
i ll try again though with a different gap and different coil
@theoneagain Hopefully soon I will be selling complete circuits for everyone to get that will have an EEC connection. Plus I am also planning on a variable power supply for the circuit and some matching VIC transformers for the ER 10. All depends on sales now as I have to earn my way the hard way to be able to do these things for everyone. The more money I make the more items I will be able to place on the market.
@h2opower how did tonywoodside manage to run his 8xa at 100 volts 0.5 amperes he was using the same circuit just his coil was different
@h2opower i have a variable transformer so why do you say i need one of those and whats your eec connection
all i need is a coil tonywoodside should sell them with the circuit so we dont have to do all this messing around
they sell half the kit the rest you have to purchase yourself
there are two circuits with the 8xa the vik circuit and the polarisation circuit which is the 8xa each circuit has its own ground
still trying it s complicate made an e core i get same results and core gets very hot but its a square e core unlike stan's he had a round e core and the bifilar wires were wound in strange way with air gaps between each level how many turns per level i dont know
MUSIC 1:27 !!
@theoneagain From the looks of it Tony has sold out of everything, something no business should do. Not sure how he is running things over there.
Once I get up and running fully I will do the right thing as best I can and sell something that is complete. For now I just have the WFC, fittings, and a level sensor for sale. If I can sell enough to buy the circuits then those too will go on sale. The EEC is part of the VIC transformer and the circuit, took me awhile to figure that one out.
I wish i had time to devote to this. Keep it up man figure out the secret!
ive ordered some e core 6800 working on a new coil the 8xa is in the chokes
try graphite plates
that inductor was not designed for the meyer circuit. the house wire welding rod inductor your using was designed for a buck converter, which is much different the the meyer circuit
try a microwave transformer
Respond to this video... you need to sale coils wound to 2 henry or more as stated in is patent
