Using an ET55 ferrite ecore and telephone wire.
ordered an et100 soon to come with bigger wire
i have had this system running without the ringing its all in the wire TRIAL and error
THIS TECHNOLOGY IS A WINNER best ever. so effecient you can leave the lights on all the time and never drain your battery just connect a small 20 watt solar panel

if you want the circuit to run better use lidmotor design mod with the 10 k variable 330 ohm resistor and leD and connect from th e + to the base of the transistor before the transformer

amps im using three 7 watt high power led lamps they kick ass using 750 ma to light all three for one about 200 ma you get 50 percent effeciency if you wer to plug the led lamp on the grid you be using double the amp draw so . If it ring just pull the ecores aprt slightly keep an eye on the amp draw it will increase slightly but nothing drastic i use mine every evening for lighting in my home dont use the grid anymore so its all good stuff saves you money

with one circuit i had a 7 watt led lamp high power that needed this add on otherwise it wouldnt start at all you need to overload the base to get the circuit to oscillate.

i might have a mistake, using stranded 20 gauge wire(not solid copper one single wire) for windings. not sure thinking about high frequency and eddy currents.

it the one which i am using, 2N3055, but it is not working.i will use 10k variable, 330ohm and led. hope it will start.
