- We are learning disturbing new details about the deaths of two brothers and their friend who were all murdered on a surfing trip to Mexico.
One of the men accused in their disappearance was in court yesterday.
Prosecutors say he confessed the killings to his girlfriend.

it could be different laws there, could just be the filter they used for that cop-since its dangerous for those cops down there. It starts in their frats in colleges and moves on to their finance or other high stress jobs they land after graduating. Doing coke here and rhere for fun is a whole lot more common than u think. I have lost two sons, Corey and James, both in the month of May. I didn’t think I’d survive this kind of torment and pain, but I have. Every day of their lives is etched into mine. They are in my heart now. I feel so badly for these parents, I know too well their pain, shock and disbelief.

Losing my only child at 36 was the worst I'll ever have to go thru. He died of pneumonia. Losing a child this way has to be so much worse. My heart goes out to them. And to their friends; talk about those lost children. Remember them to their folks, it lets them know that their beloved kids touched the lives of others. It is a comfort.

Yeah, same here. Both the Pacific coast and along the sea of Cortez. Last time was about 10 years ago, wasn’t the same. We didn’t usually stop at San Miguel, if you know where that is, but it was crack’n so we had to get a couple in. We were surrounded by approx 15 kids. They extorted us for $100.00 and a couple cases of beer. We canceled the rest of our trip and went home. Last trip to San Felipe, nothing happened but it just didn’t feel right anymore. We’ll never go back. Sad, had such great times and it is beautiful

I think when they refused to give em up they tried to go after him because they felt threatened for their life. His intention wasn't to kill because he thought they would give it up if they felt their life was at stake but they wouldn't comply and went after him. But then nothing surprises me anymore. If Mexico can’t clean up its sickening crime maybe staying away will be the best way to convince them. Same goes for other places where tourists aren’t safe. Many friends still go there, but I’ll just stay home and take my chances here.
