I love Fred's voice. He's the only narrator in the world that doesn't annoy me lol
I love his narration too. Keeps me interested! Hello from Atlantic Canada!😊
peter thomas then
And Bill Kurtis. I listen to at least one of them when I go to sleep. 😊
I loved Peter Thomas and Bill Kurtis’ voice will stop me in my tracks not matter what he is narrating but Fred is great in these stories but his narrator for “World’s Most Evil Killers” is harsher and not one of my faves. However, I do like the style of his narration in this and his regular speech.
I love his narration because its just professional and not dramatic .. just naturally dramatic … 😂 Bill Curtis and Peter Thomas are great … female ones are horrific 😂 I love too David Wilson’s analysis and insights ..
You know, it never stops impressing me how people are baffled that the serial sadistic serial killer was “the perfect gentleman”.
If he was frothing at the mouth and sporting a set of hooves and fangs…..he wouldn’t be able to be a serial killer. He would get put down before he reached the psych ER , if he was as atrocious on the outside, as he was on the inside.

sociopaths are absolute narcissists who have no empathy or normal feelings. What we consider sadistic behavior empowers them and is the only experience they have that resembles pleasure. They are capable of being enormously charming and survive by learning how to manipulate people with complete dispassion. They can't really feel love and affection, but they can pretend to very well if it is required to get what they want. John Wayne Gacy was such a pillar of society he was never suspected even though there were a number of boys whose last known location was his house. He made enormous efforts to be the nicest guy in town. This guy was killing people in his house and burying them in his basement. They went in and never came out - and nobody could believe he could be a killer. Authorities dissuaded the local police from investigating him for a long time; even when his employee was found driving one of the victims' car. This is really prototypical. One thing that these people learn very early is that human beings are easily taken in by appearances.
A perfect part for Anthony Hopkins!
I LOVE Anthony Hopkins and I couldn't agree with u more! ❤ He was truly AMAZING in Hannibal.
Off topic, the jam story reminds me of the blackberry jam my son made the family, his grandmother taught him how to make it. Aww to think he could be a jam millionaire.
It's always the butler in movies so I'm not surprised lol, it's almost like an Agatha Christie novel.
The "Love of money is the root of all evil".... May the victims rest peacefully.
I like Fred Dinenage. This is a really good series. Thank you
I might be the only person old enough to remember that conman is short for confidence man. Have confidence and almost everyone will have confidence in you.
I'm old enough to remember it, weren't the 80's wonderful? Bond and Skase ran amok in Australia and all the police were corrupt.
Yes most people think it’s short for convict
I'm bragging too...I knew the young "jam" man was the one as well. He seemed down to earth and honest
Yep. :)
Jam man too! He was so just enthusiastic
Prof Wilson: "He wasn't REALLY A BUTLER"
ME: " WELL.......actually, he WAS a butler. Just a shitty one that robs people"....🤔🤔🤔
Not the butler in the dining room with the gun .
Lol
Nope
In front of the fire with the poke her.
I correctly guessed that the young guy was the company owner. I don't know what it was, but he gave off a credible vibe.
Self confidence
Me too Delilah. Either him or the first lady 😊
His enthusiasm dd it for me, I bet he can talk about jam making for hours lol.
"A lady whose virtue was easily overcome" lolol
:) nicely put
I laughed ngl 😂 Poor Mary
@@rocketta.chique5761 her acting career was shortlived.
He was quite the linguist 😅
@Camilla Palmer that's what SHE said! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
These are phenomenal.
So nice reviewing truly, in depth, analysis of thoroughly kinked psyches minus all that-hyperbolic glitz of a slasher flick.
Bravo to the parties responsible for uploading!
Peter Manuel and Archibald Hall are different serial killers.
I was wondering about that...
@@Teelirious Me too. I have just started to watch it and was wondering if he changed names or something. Will get back to it realizing the Title is incorrect.
Yeah thanks Victor, only seen a couple of minutes and was very confused.
Had me confused for a few minutes.
yea, they need to edit,lol
Okay but I couldn't help but crack up when I heard "Situational Homosexuality". I did time in the US several years back and we called it "gay for the stay".
🤣😂
On a serious note: him and his co defendants were just evil and lazy. All that effort to steal and they could have made themselves rich working. 🙄
Hall actually spent his early prison life teaching himself about antiques and elocution for his accent. they were awful criminals, but Hall was never lazy.
I'm going to just come right out and brag I knew it was the kid straight off. He just struck me as the most natural and genuine although they were all good
Same here :)
He had that young CEO enthusiasm to him
@@rocketta.chique5761 but down-to-earth and humble. Hope he doesn't ever lose that
Me too he was my first pick
Not only that, but he gave specific details about his product - even its name - SuperJam.
That would have been easily proven, or disproven, with a quick Google search.
Great content.
Thanks for posting
I'm Peter Manuel, and I'm suing for defamation.
You seem to have got the title wrong, mate. No Peter Manuel.
Yes, I watched the whole episode wondering when Peter Manuel would make an appearance. I thought this was going to be another alias.
I stumbled upon an other one of those Real Stories (bbc) upload channels who use it as a click bait tactic, not sure if it's not this particular channel now I think about it.
In this here case, it is merely an error. I will vouch for the channel being reliable and additionally I do not think that Peter Manuel would be good for "click-bait" anyway, because hardly anyone has ever heard of him. 😏
@@1man_crowd exactly..... Bcoz who the frack is Peter manual anyway?
@@bettywillbrowse It's a mystery channel, so figure it out. Peter Manuel is - obviously - an anagram for Merle Peanut. And we all know who Merle Peanut is. Mystery solved.
What a sad shame to live a long life and to die in such a horrific way...82 years old...how can anyone hurt an 82 year man....sad
Someone who has been abused by said 82-year-old man for decades, and whose children or siblings were also abused by the man. Not that that describes this situation; just answering your question. There can come a point when an abused person finally is no longer afraid, sees the abuse coming (or happening again to another defenseless person) and decides, 'That's it. I'm stopping this.'
How are you doing? Thank You for the video!
It's the L♡ve of money 💰, that is the root of all evil.
This video was not about Peter Manuel. It was about Archibald Hall
When I saw the young man I said it was him before he even talked.
ikr!! he emanates entusiasm. that spark in his eyes...
The love of money is the root of evil, not money itself.
That is a great fuckin' point that I personally have never heard before. You just posted one of the smartest things I've ever read in any comments section ever. Mad props!!!
@@mr.onethirtyeight5088 "The love of money is the root of all evil" comes from the Bible ...
Ahh the original ‘the butler did it!!’ 😂
Archibald, being quite the pickel smooth, would've probably fit well as the perfect gentleman butler role. Unfortunately for him he wasn't very good at crime.....
They used people's intelligence against them
Can I just say I love the solicitor's speech. I could listen to him just talk.
That soft, Scottish brogue does it for me every time.
hey could y'all change the title and description to match the actual content?
It's a clickbait tactic.
So why the title, "Peter Manuel's Murders" ?
Clickbait.
Wrong title!
The Title is confusing.
Kitto should have also been given a life sentence due to the fact he helped kill 4 of the victims, including Robbery and Kidnapping on top of that. I can't believe he only received 15 years !!!. Both should have received the Death Penalty, but unfortunately the Crown 👑 doesn't have that Penalty.
Fred from How2. Loved that show as a kid.
That was some kinda recoil on that .22! 🤷🏻♂️😁😂😂
Do they have programs in Britain fór some type of rehabilitation for people coming out of prison?
It is not Money is the root of all evil - it is the love of money is the root of all evil
He seems somewhat like me; only I learned in prison not to like violence. I nearly turned the prison where the state had me confined into a university campus. The prison had an Oxford-level library or I just picked relevant books.
This video has nothing to do Peter Manuel
The .22 had a bit of bite in its recoil lol
I love the British accents!
It’s always the butler🔪
So is his name roy fontaine, peter manuel, or archibald hall?
If your nickname is Belfast Mary... Yeah, you pretty much had to out done all the other bad girls
😂
29:50
I'll have that Bedford........to take my AJS to the Scrambles like a Beast you see !
All this man would have needed was a one way ticket to hollywood, instead of 10 years in prison and mental institutions. He would have fitted right in.
I first thought it was Owen Wilson in the thumbnail 🤣
why the title says "...Peter Manuel's murders" if his name was Archibald Halls
43:45
"There is a saying that money is the root of all evil"
People get this wrong all the time. Its 1 Timothy 6:10 and what it says is:
"For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows."
The thumbnail looks like Owen Wilson 😂
Manuel.....he knew nothing senor Fawlty no-thing!
These men just simply love money and blood.
32:51 = Doh!!!
Never heard of this guy before. Interesting video. And it's not MONEY that is the root of all evil, it's the LOVE of money that is the root of all evil.
I guessed right, I was sure it was the young man, who was a millionaire ☺
Because he was so enthusiastic and open
Me too
How hideous to kill his own brother that way.
Can't you guys start these videos at the beginning of someone's sentence? Why do they always start mid word?
Maybe some kind of copyright.
21:13 ........ 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 British people say the FUNNIEST things!!!!!!!
I understand that he liked working for this rich woman and he stated he was very happy there
One of the most misspoken Bible scriptures (drives me crazy!!) is “For the LOVE of money is the root of all evil”.
Money in and of itself cannot be anything.
What happened to the little girl he called his step daughter? Hope she went on to lead a stable happy life
The kid was my first guess for multi-millionaire.
Anyone know the jam brand?
Super Jam, his face lit up when he said it. What a great idea.
Is this the right description? Archibald Hall?
nope Peter Manuel is someone totally different.
I wonder the same thing?? Maybe one of the names is an alias?! - I'm only 2 minutes in..
Godspeed, fellow watcher..
pretty sure Peter Manuel was the last upload from this series. Maybe just forgot to change the title during upload?
@@kathysenn7664 No the Title is not correct.
@@katbar6066 after I put in my 2cents I went a-googling.. I read what wikipedia tells about Peter Manuel. psychology is an interesting study- what makes people tick.. I'm reading Patricia Cornwell's 'Portrait of a Killer-Jack the Ripper, Case Closed', published in 2002.
I'm just 4 chapters in so I'll reserve my comment to say she presents a quite plausible interpretation. Godspeed to you and yours!! G'night from Montana..
I think the test was bogus. There was not enough time with each participant.
Read his biography autobiography don't know the extent it was ghost written.
The butler did it again
15 years?
She knew...she was in fantasy world.
Wilson forever
Yes yes
@Real Crime The title for this video isn’t accurate.
Animals don’t behave like that, only humans do .
Background check?
ARCHIBALD HALL

One look in those eyes… you can tell if you’ve got discernment.
Too bad there is nothing to find about his brother donald

It is the LOVE of money that is the root of all evil. Otherwise, $$$ is just a tool .
Animals never behave love me that, only humans do
At the end, I can’t understand a word that dude is saying lol
Well that proves that you are American and you do not get out much.
Precisava de legendas para o Mr.Allan!😂
😂 right at the start when they showed Hall actor as Butler holding open the door for the posh couple, check 9ut the look he gives them, LMFAO 😂😂😂😂
The interviewer is a classic manspreader. Is anyone investigating him?
Why does that have to do with the case?
@@susanwilliams4953 There is a case against the manspreader? Is there a link I can follow?

More UK Goof winkles
Impressions of the five 'millionaires':
Woman 1: Says 'um' before she gives any information; looks off or up as though trying to think of what she's supposed to say. As a teacher, I know that when people are trying to think of an answer - the correct answer - in an oral or written exam, they tend to look off to the side or up at the ceiling as though looking for the answer 'somewhere in their brain' and their eyes follow the part of the brain they are trying to retrieve the information from.
Man 1 (curry sauce): Looks down and says 'um' before giving information in answer to the questions. (Would an Indian say 'curry sauce'? I would have expected something more specific with an Indian name, and also a diversity of products, because can you really make a million just selling one sauce?) I felt like he was searching his memory for his answers. Plus, we were told that the person became a millionaire by age 18. Sorry, but I have a hard time believing that an Indian became a millionaire at a young age in the UK selling curry sauce. Inventing something hi-tech, maybe. But peddling curry sauce? If he had said he owned a chain of take-out curries based on traditional Indian recipes, I'd have been more likely to believe him. I know too many hard-working Indians who are in food services in the UK to believe that they can become an millionaire from one product by age 18.
Man 2 (jam man): Seems really happy to be talking about his product. Seems nervous when he crosses his arms in front of himself, but that could be youthful nerves. Smiles like he's still amazed at his success. His pauses don't seem to be for gathering thoughts or coming up with a story as much as him thinking with pleasure about his success or making jam with his granny. He had a barely audible 'er' at one point, but not to the extent as the first two.
Man 3 (Chutney): sounds more like he's the director of a company (employee) than being an entrepreneur who created the company. He never pauses, never looks away, keeps steadily looking at the interviewer, and never blinks. It feels like it's too much, because usually we look at someone while that person is talking, and look back and forth to the person and away when we're talking (to check the person is still listening). I feel like he was trying to be convincing and overplayed it.
Woman 2: Good eye contact. When she says 'a little village up there' her eyes go up as though she's mentally looking at a map. She probably rehearsed a real place to talk about so that she could answer naturally and without hesitation. I didn't see enough of her to judge.
My first impression was that the first woman might be the millionaire entrepreneur, because women often say 'uh' before speaking, and to me she sounded like she actually could be running a business selling organic food, but I wondered about her 'grandmother's recipe' for natural foods would be. Was her granny a hippie? The only one who seemed proud of making a success - the young man with the jam - also seemed to have the kind of nervous smile that young people can have when they are talking about themselves. The rest weren't given enough time to make a real impression.
As a teacher, my pick is the young man with the jam, because usually in a multiple-choice test made by non-experts, the answer is most frequently C (teachers learn to mix it up and not over-rely on C. By the way, the answer that teachers are LEAST likely to make the correct one is A, because writing false answers is hard work, and we don't want to waste all our hard work by putting the correct answer in the first place so you can just circle it and go on; we want you to read all of our proposed answers because we had to work to write them!). Plus he just seemed really happy thinking about his business and his grannie teaching him to make jam.
Now I'll keep watching and find out I was wrong! :)
This was my impression of everyone as well! 😊
Describing animal abuse in detail isn't necessary for you to tell this "story". Not appreciated.
What's wrong with been working class? How many times does this narrator have to use it?
FTX
So hard to understand Scottish accent😢
He was a terrible criminal lol😂
What was the criteria for his two diagnoses of insanity? This criminologist misses so much that is pertinent information for a complete picture .....is David Wilson an academic? I don't think he's a clinician....if he were he'd have outlined more of a background to support his assumptions.......he brushed over the fact that Archibald's mother totally undermined his father's authority that would have had a strong influence on his development not to underestimate being diagnosed as insane! Twice....😆 I find Professor Wilson a tad arrogant....
