With how high quality a MOD is from troll team, I wouldn't be surprised if they just became game developers and made some cool indie stuff. I mean, they already have a concept in this mod itself!!!
Ok, the plot of this mod really reminds me of Alice:Madness returns, but the concept differs a lot. If in AMR the "Wonderland" is something like a "hallucinational dream" (sorry i don't know how else to name that, i don't speak English very well) that Alice falls in and then wakes up back in reality, here's the whole story is an interpretation of original tale. Like "Wonderland"is the mental hospital that she's in ( the Alice's file in the beginning that states that she has hallucinations and others symptoms of schizophrenia and quote from the "Alice's adventures in Wonderland" where Cheshire cat says that if she wasn't mad she wouldn't come here). Being in this hospital, Alice meets other patients that she sees as monsters while experiencing schizophrenia's attack and slaughters them, luring into the depths of the hospital's corridors. It seems that her toy rabbit that she holds might be something that takes a big role in occurrence of her madness since it changes the form during Alice Transformation ( the White Rabbit guides Alice trough the "Wonderland")

I know it's an entirely original interpretation of the Alice story since its using her exact same outfit, name and rabbit, but it kind of gives me the alice madness returns vibes
Man for a demo of this already looks stunning, the artstyle reminds me of blueballs incident and this gives me the big little nightmare vibes also can’t wait for the full thing to come out.

I feel like this has some lore to it. Like the two characters in the begging game are actually just two twins. And Alice goes insane and just imagines as if she was in Wonderland against the Twisted Twins, and slaughters them. My guess is she sees the world different and just kills two children and not an abomination.
I instantly love this mod, Alice, wonderland and madness have always been my favorite themes and stories. So, I gotta say I'm rooting for Alice here big time.
Dude I realized that the bunny Alice holds, after the trasformation of the twins and her becoming actaully alice, the bunny turns very similar to Vanny, with some parts being brown and red eyes
This mod aesthetically looks amazing and the music is pretty good, but I have a few gripes with it. Having to wait for the opponent to sing for however long they do makes it painful to die then have too sit through it all again, also the running was neat but there was no heads up of what you had to do to run, you just kinda had to guess (unless I missed it somewhere but I feel like a core mechanic like that should be obvious. The chart seemed pretty good, maybe to many "death" notes but I didn't mind it much. For a little demo mod this is pretty damn good, I hope gameplay wise its polished a bit more when its fully released. Small things like telling the player what controls are needed would be nice, unless its meant to be more of a game where you gotta learn by dying over and over, which if the case its already good as that, but just not for me lol.

Without the funkin part, you could have convinced me the intro was a trailer for a new indie game on Steam.
This mod aesthetically looks amazing and the music is pretty good, but I have a few gripes with it.
