I wanted to note that I too hate Blender. I know how to use it and even made tutorials about it. But, if I'm making static objects and not animations then instead of Blender, I do all of my 3D modeling in a program called Microsoft 3D builder. It is much much much much easier to use than Blender if you don't mind low poly. I like low poly anyway because it help one's game to run faster. One could still make some very very very cool stuff in low poly. Thus, this just my 2 cents and info to pass along for those whom are like me and don't like Blender and want to make their own 3D assets.
I've always been so hyped about creating games, but I don't know where to start. I see hundreds of web sites and courses about learning game development but all of them are accesed through subscription or one time payment. I made my own game. A 2D "parkour" game where the objective is to get home. But the problem is, I just copied a f##k ton of tutorials and slapped it together. I don't want to be like this. I'm currently studying in a game design high school. I hope I'm gonna learn more there
@@patrikmatousek5450 but that's how you start, copy tutorials and push yourself to let go of them slowly and one day you will be able to do it yourself!

now is an excellent time to be a game developer. society is very "tropey" and keeps churning out the same garbage, but computers are fast enough to make more interesting games using physics now. everybody wants their game to look "professional" and have "all the parts" instead of making an original, possibly engaging experience. so garbage churn garbage. do small scale physics games creating various possibilities, and you have chatgpt to answer all the technical points so you don't need to buy into a game engine. ragdolls and meshes all in c++ in a couple hundred lines of code.
@@FredyyDev Well theres a lot of ways you can work on that! Websites like Turbosquid or CGTrader has a lot of free models you can download and than with these you can either ''study'' them looking at their topology, modify them swing them in your game call it a day or actually try to replicate them (which is incredible for learning). I'd say what helps learning Blender the most is when you try doing a scene modeling everything by yourself with a level of detail to the size lets say of a tennis ball or an eraser. If you do that you'll have to model A LOT of small objects which really helps you develop a good 3D modeling workflow and knowledge.
dreams ps4 used to have a neat system to use with a game controller, but the tutorials were painful. it was so intuitive like old sunfried granpappy construction workers could go home braindead and still do this simple. i jsut do everything in c/c++ now tho.

You could make an like game of whatever games you like. A lot of games are popular for being similar to other games. Don't choose a game that's too ambitious though because you will burn out. I'm always happy to see a new Fredyy video on my timeline. Way to always be a force for creativity. I'm always reminded of how much I like Godot.
Thanks man!
hi i want start make a game what i must choose unity or godot and why?
@@AuuSheh Godot is more beginner friendly. Start there. Complete a small game, start to finish, then try Unity. Then decide.
started a week ago, never had this much fun in my life tbh

i just define all my points in c/c++ :)
Thanks for these words, they are needed❤
