This week we eat #ramlyburger finally after all the request from our viewers and it did not disappoint! This was honestly one of the best Ramly burger that I ever had and even more so for Kim because she hasnt found any shop that is as good as this one! Kuala lumpur vs Kluang burger who wins?

Yo i have never seen this style of ramly burger before. That method of cooking the egg is really unique. It keeps the center runny and the yolk does not get over cooked. Looks really good man.

FnD a famous burger stall in Kluang. The way they prepare the burger is so different from other stalls. That's why it's so delicious.

Ah. Small town life in Malaysia.. all the shops close around 6pm. The Kluang Station Kopitiam is famous.. There's even a chain all over KL named after it, with more or less the same food except at three times the price. The one in Kluang is best for breakfast. That hotel is new.. wasn't there when I last visited. Maybe someday I will take the train down there to stay at the hotel and eat breakfast at the kopitiam, and then ride back..

Special usually has the egg wrapped around the patty (looks like the opposite here). Banjo is just an egg inside a bun (we didn't invent this, I hear it's a common cafeteria food in Britain, there they usually have a slice of meat in top of the egg), "oblong" is an oblong patty in an oblong bun, I think it's in imitation of McDonald's Prosperity Burger - in my opinion it's a scam because the patties weigh the same as the round ones but they charge more (even for the frozen patties at the supermarket). By the way splitting the patty in half like that is NOT common. I prefer my burgers juicy so I tell them "jangan picit", otherwise they will squeeze all the juices out. When I make Ramly Burger at home I use an air frier.

I was in Shanghai and I had a melty melty Egg Omellete for breakfast... I called it a self saucing Omellete... this is a Self Saucing Egg in a Burger... 😂
What makes it a Ramly Burger is the Patty brand... every stall has its own styles, sauces and spices... I love it that this bro took the time to split, spice and cook the patty lovingly like that... ❤❤❤

Yooo my hometown, behind that stalls burger use to be my tuition place. Since 2009 they already there. Everytime we have tuition class, my parents will buy their burger before we going back. This place always brings back memories

Oblong patty is from another (relatively new) producer as compared to Ramly, that’s the biggest differences. They also produce a round shaped patty called obulat (a play or word on round=bulat)

Lebih kurang 20tahun Dulu masa sekolah dekat SMR gerai beger abg ni cuma 1 stall je. Sekarang dah makin besar. Dari dulu memang sedap. Lagi satu masa 20tahun lepas belum ada kedai beger yg guna holder untuk telur, biasa nya diorang akan wrap daging dgn telur. Stall abg ni 1st time aku jumpa telur die dalam bekas bulat tu.

Bro, if you are still in Malaysia, you must try Maggie goreng mamak. Just go to any decent looking mamak restaurant, and order Maggie goreng mamak with fried chicken and telur mata (fried egg), ask them to provide some limau (lime) and chili sauce too at your table. You will not regret this. For me, Maggie goreng mamak should be our signature national dish too.

Yes.. the real ramly burger. I like burger ramly use acuan for the egg, i don't like wrap style egg, wrap or without acuan doesn't have egg taste in burger.

when i cooked burger ramlee at home , i used heinz sauce or i made using the bigmac sauce recipe.. taste better just spread little not too much because i want to tasted the meat juice more.. but for local MY usually like BANJIR/FLOOD SAUCES lolx🤣🤣🤣
