Would love to live there if it wasn't so small.
First!
8000 ft is hard to get used to. I don't think many seniors willing to do that.
Amusing. Nothing about local infrastructure (Is the water safe to drink? How long to get to the nearest hospital or emergency clinic?), or the hazards of traveling within Mexico to get to this place.
The marketing jargon is hilarious. "Cozy furnishings" -- note the light bulbs hanging from wires to illuminate the rooms at 6:22. "The verdant landscape" at 6:34 I would describe as scrubby woods. 6:37 - "The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space [but no dishwasher]." 6:58 - "The master bedroom is comfortably sized, and equipped with an ensuite [but no closet or dresser]." 7:58 - "...or to rent out for extra income." I wonder what is the occupancy rate of these gems when hotels in town can be reserved for $42.00 per night?
9:19 - And how are you going to "soak up the sun" on a "spacious deck" that is fully covered? 😆
10:05 - A fireplace to heat the entire (2,500 sq. ft.) cabin [Can you imagine how chilly those bathrooms will be when it's 45 degrees? I can.]. 🥶 No thank you!
