Havana Cuba? No it is Barcelona

Salsa Dancing in Parc Ciutadella in Barcelona, Spain. A lot of Expat Cubans, Locals and some tourists come to dance in the Parc on Thursday and Sunday afternoons. There is also Tango and Swing dancing about a hundred feet away on dais. The dancing is directly under the Golden Statue of a Chariot which is the center piece of Cascada Monumental Fountain in Parc Ciutadella.
