"this dance is nice, but it needs more booty"

Me+👠= broken bones
Her+👠= beautiful dances
Ain't that the truth😭😭😭
You just need to train and you can become as good as her 👍👍👍
@@nimonmurselaj7973 I LOVE

I thought it was gonna be historical video with years attatched to the dances
Same this is just types of latin dance
Lovely Video clip! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about - Miyyan Wenacob Bulldozer (google it)? It is a good exclusive product for learning the rumba and other popular ballroom dances without the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got astronomical results with it.
Amanda K. Sho Really?
But you got something better-
Me to
Her body is goals
*2 years later, I'm sure you've not accomplished that goal. Wanna know the reason? Cause her body is her paycheck. She is a dancer or model so her looks put food on her table. Cause of that, she can dedicate all the time, energy and money in the world to look how she does. You on the other hand, have your own life which is different from hers. So stop using another person as your goal.*
@@theotherside931 Dude anyone can get fit if they put their mind to it. Why are you so triggered? They wouldn't look exactly like her because they aren't her but they could get pretty damn close.
@@yukikanegawa7470 *"If they put their mind to it" exactly my point. That lady lives for her body based on her career. So she has all her time and resources dedicated to looking that way cause that's what brings her cheque. Now imagine a random person having other priorities in life dedicating all their time and income to looking that way. That's why I said. That's why I said, don't measure yourself with others if their drive is not your drive.*
@@theotherside931 OMG chill he didn't say you so chill

Then: salsa
Now: twerk and salsa
It was always twerk and salsa
Yeah twerking has been around for a long time. It's just now there's social media to showcase the fact lmao
Who wants to see a part two? 🙌🏼

yooooo

Yeeessssss
Please do a punta one!
Wow... I was reading some of the comments on this video and it made me sad to read people arguing over who's better than who and who's more Latin and a bunch of other nonsense. We should appreciate each other's cultures because they are all beautiful. I think it's awesome to have so many different cultures among Latin America. Instead of wasting time arguing about who is the "best", we should get to know other cultures and expand our minds.... Besides we all know that where I come from is the best 😂😂😂😂 Just kidding! Keep it light hearted people. Jeez! ✌
Thank you , finally someone who is being reasonable 👏🏼 , expect for this IDJIT above me 🙄
EXACTLY
PERIODT!!!
Where do you come from and u are so right
who else is a Bachata lover??😍😍
me amo Bachata ❤
Swara09 ✔️ me amo bachata” yup ur definitely not fluent
Do you know the title of this music? or maybe similar ones. I would love to know it :p

The vlog focus is central america latin american cult and mexican cult.
Sorry, we are too many mexicans :P
But we hope in part 2 comes lambada and tango, because in Mexico there is danzon, that appears at the same time that tango do
que quiero sentir tus labios besándome otra vez🎵🎵🎵
Merengue to the money,
Bachata to the bank.
Everyone calm down and stop hating on the Caribbean. Considering that all these styles are from the Caribbean means that their picking dances by region. So a part 2 would focus on another part like South America.
+javy martinez i dont know why your hating carribean music is some of the most popular music or basic music. Im not surprised they started with it. And by the way where are you from that gives you the right to say that?
+Johannes Sorto im sorry i dont listen to this crap. im sorry i dont care if its basic or not. fact they ignore other dances and music is complete insult. please who fuck listens to dembow?? reggaeton that shitty genre u fuckin kiddin me
+Johannes Sorto where im from. i said before latin america doesnt need u guys. so take music and ur fuckin flags and get fuck outta here.
ew
@@non452 its come from haiti not carribean there music are completely different from Haitians music
Some of the best latin dances come from the Carribean. Idk why people are hating lol
Exactly lol Caribbean dances are the best and have the most flavor
Yes! I'm chilean but my hips start moving by themselves when I hear bachata and salsa lol
nope that salsa dance was so shitty can't compare it with the Colombian salsa more specificly from Cali, now that's how you dance salsa
Lmao it obviously depends who is dancing. But you cannot say Colombians dance better salsa than the people that invented it... (Cubans). It's like saying we dance Cumbia better. No logic. You havent seen the people dance salsa down here in Miami ;)
Merengue y bachata! My favorites because they are the only dances I can do *haha
bachata and merengue is annoying. not everyone in latin america listens to that crap
+javy martinez chem 123 is that you?? Lol
+Pepe Magga is that you, are you fucking stupid.
I'm sure you can also do perreo and dembow
+Kelvin Rivas dembow is a joke
Who's proud of being Caribbean?
I'm from Colombia.. But the Carribean region! Does that count?
Dante Alighieri I’m from República Dominicana 🇩🇴
Dante Alighieri VIVA CUBA
Im not carribean but im proud of beong latino and being in the same family as them, latinos are the best people in the world
👍
That's the cleanest perreo I've ever seen
🤣
Um...what about Tango, Samba, Funk do Brasil and vallenato?
Fuck e samba é ritmo latino? Acho que não.
*Funk kkkkk
I was hoping for those as well. Lots of unhappy Brazilians and Argentinians coming.
This is only part 1. They will cover more in other videos.
That's what I call dancing with your heart and with passion 💁🏽🇩🇴
Latinos las manos arriba 🙌🏼
every time there's a party, my aunts always dance merengue, salsa, or bachata. My cousins do el dembow, and my abuela does cumbia. They're Puertorruiqueñas, but they can dance better than me 😶
Felicidades.
wow, favorite dance is dancing Batchata, Love it to death! blast some Aventura or Romeo Santos and I'm all set to start moving those hips
same here 😄
+Rosemary 12 I know, but Romeos songs are amazing too, along with the whole band.
+Rosemary 12 I know, they were awsome together
Tango>Batchata
yassssssss
you censored el perreo? because it is wilder than the one that you show
I was about to say the same thing! I've seen some things people do while dancing perreo and this vid is clearly missing a lot!
This is a family channel! jajaja
Can you tell the name of that song please??? I asked in the comments two years ago and no one answered
Can I get a list of the songs?
4:34 My brain during a test.
Except for "Cumbia" every freaking dance is from Central America or Caribe. You forgot South American dances like Tango, Marinera, Peruvian Cumbia, Vallenato, Saya, Argentinan Cumbia, even Samba, (They are Latin too)...
Maybe that's why when American thinks of "latinos" they imagine these dances and white clothes.
Micky Bane I wish Europeans knew this. They think we all dance tango or Shakira.
At least this contains things in Europe they’ve barely heard of
They can't cover so many different types of Cumbia and out of the ones you named, I think Tango was the one they truly missed. These are the dances most well known, too.
Micky Bane FACTS I agree 100% also bow are you Peruvian because I am ayyyy
Most of the dances and music has African roots if not all though I’m Dominican and Brazilian and all of our music has African roots
Excuse me but some europeans are latins too. Latins aren't just in America, France, Portugal, Andorra, Romania, Spain and Italy are latins coutries.
I cannot believe you included Dembow in here 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 omfg. Bachata was so passionate and Merengue was so dynamic, but Dembow. Hahahahaha gotta love Dominican Republic ❤
The couple is too cute & their dancing is awesome!
Is it me or the cha cha was off counts ?
Camila Aguirre ... yes I think sometimes they messed a little bit
I was thinking the same ! They fixed it at the end but the beginning is off
Sorry to reply to such an old comment, but the steps are off count for most of the videos - I think it’s cause they put the music over top, but it’s driving me CRAZY
Most of the video is off count
Yeah, they were off a bit in the beginning. They caught it by the end...
Perreo is that basically reggeaton or am I wrong sorry I'm just curious
Kind of but I never heard the term before
i think reggaeton would be the rhythm and perreo the dance that goes with it.
Exactly.
It is from DR is really similar to reggaeton
perreo is the dance, and regueton is the style of music. Besides, the perreo that´s in the vídeo is really "g rated".
Merengue is the shit
yess
yasss
yesss
+Karen Diaz who cares about merengue
+javy martinez I don't remember asking you for your opinion.
Thank you for sharing the history of Latin Music at a glimpse. If you can add the estimated historical period of each type of music and dance form that would be great! I am learning the history of Latin Music and you were the only site that focused on it. Thank you again for sharing. Adriana
That was AWESOME! Those dances have so much flavor ❤❤
Do you guys think that you could do a part II, but with dances from South America like Tango or Samba?
Love from Brazil
They dance off time in cha cha cha and bachata. Is this what you call flavor?
Nu Czto Well, I was talking about the kind of dance, not exactly their perfomance. Besides, I'm FAR from being an expert, so for me, it wasn't bad. They were pretty nice - the guy was a bit stiff, but other than that, they were just fine for me, really. (And I'm in no place for judging them cause I can't dance for shit)
OK no prob )) For someone who can dance most of these dances, these two dancers are really quite poor. The guy is trying to compensate for his lack of skill by doing some acrobatics, which is ridiculous. He lacks basic technique, but tries acrobatics ))
loved when they played Dominican dembow 😂😂
I've been waiting 4 years now for part 2
Hey, I love the idea and the realization but being a dancer of Latin styles (and not ballroom ones but the Cuban roots rumba or chachacha among others) I must just point out one thing which is crucial: off counts. And maybe giving a little bit of intro for those who are not into the dance world professionally and say a few words about this evolution? Because the ballroom representation is the evolved and accustomed mainly European and American versions of original Caribbean danzas and without this info we can be super confused what is what and where it does come from :) but hey, dancers are super dope so just a small remake in other parts and gonna be a total blast!
can you put names of the songs? shazam dont recognize any of theese and many people want to know.
LMAO right!
IKR
Sounded like elevator version of music 😳
"Perreo" (reggeaton) originates from playero which originates from reggae. I feel both styles were mainstream music in the 90s and 80s and deserved to be on the list. other than that, I loved it. Wonderful dancers and routines :)
These are some but not all dances, they are mostly Caribbean. This is a list of dances that rules in no order in particular: Son, ranchera, Tango, milonga, candombe, Samba (Brazilian) and Zamba (Argentinean), Chamamé, Chacarera, Malambo, Cueca, Escondido, Gato, Pericón, Zamacueca, Landó, Festejo, Tinkus, Caporales, Carnavalito, Lambada, Forró, Chotiz, Danzón, Cuarteto, Wadu-Wadu and many others I can't recall right now. Latinamerican culture is widely vast and doesn't end in reggaetón.
I am proud to be Latina from the Carriben, yet I listen to all music even the ones I don't like Because it gives you wisdom of cultural knowledge!
migueliana I am dominican
I am Cuban
Simply incredible! It would be only perfect if we had the Brazilian samba dancing too, with full costumes! That would be epic!! 🔥🔥
+Dani Rican puerto rico is garbage
+javy martinez your mouth is garbage !
+Lee Serrano its true. puerto rico is not even a country its owned by usa
We still richer than most Latin countries. So wtf you talking about?
People use to say here in Brazil that brazilians are not latinos.... sometimes I agree. Those rythms are rarely danced in Brazil. And when people think about latin rythms they rarely think about any brazilian one!!
I do... :/
"Latin America" was a term coined by Napoleon III for imperialistic purposes. It has nothing to do with geographic or cultural similarities. Brazilian culture is very different from what is considered Hispanic/ Latin culture.
+Gustavo Nogueira They do speak Portuguese which comes from Latin... don't they..?
There is quite a difference between central america "latinos" and cono sur "latinos"
+Roman Ramos Yep, but so does the province of Quebec (even though it is not considered to be "Latin America").
I was waiting for Tango and Samba
I wish i can master all of them😭😍😍😍😍 latinos am in love with you with your culture me gusta mucho desde Libano😍😍😍🇱🇧
Yasss lovedd that Merengue, Bachata and Dembow!🙌🏻
Mi love how they included us Jamaicans in here...long live dembow, long live de dancehall...
I like it, but I'm confused about Cumbia, I'm from Colombia and live in Colombia and that's not how we dance Cumbia at all
Maria Olivo Quintero it looks like Mexican cumbia
Its mexican cumbia
There's colombian cumbia, argentinian cumbia, mexican cumbia and on.
Frank V No im Mexican🇲🇽 that is not cumbia from Mexico that Cumbia In 2:10 is Colombian🇨🇴 just here the beat sounds like Vallenato
E U N I C E nah bro that was mexican cumbia
I am colombian and I belive that the music Its vallenato too. That's not cumbia. The way they danced it is not know for me... looks like salsa but not cumbia or vallenato at all at least in Colombia.
+TheCat4791 it was Salvadoran Cambia
this was amazing, i love this!
Where did you get your heels all of them omg their so beautiful I want them plz tell

More of an overview than a time line evolution video as a lot of dances have parallel history but still a nice video to watch.

Perreo is from Puerto Rico is a dirty dance started in the 80s is like twerking, while the man is dry humping you from the back, perreo is like doggy style, yes it sounds nasty but hey lol and dembow is Dominican.
Dani Rican dembow is not dominican is feom Puerto Rico too , thats how reggeton started . But puertorriqueños forget about it and NOW dominicans are bringing it back
Alejandra Matias yes i know but the real dembow the Puerto Rican original one did not sound nothing like the Dominican one, they took are Dembow and mest it up thats why i said it Dominican the just put the name Dembow but its realy not.

Latin dance has African roots
yes mostly in the caribbean.
+Dani Rican so does chile?? please get a fuckin life. im sorry in chile we dont listen to this garbage
latin dances so ur saying corridos have afro roots
African roots are in each popular american music genre from Blues to Rumba and Tango.
+javy martinez wow what did a dominican, puerto rican, or cuban ever do to you. I don't know what caribbean people you know, but we are EXTREMELY proud of background. And whether you like it or not we are Latinos as well. Have a great day! 😊
I have only danced cumbia, bachata, y merengue. but.. duranguense y banda? where are those??
The dances they showed, each latin country has there own versions of it. Duranguense and banda are more exclusive to Mexico.
+Paul Baez im sorry but i dont see argentines dancing to bachata in some spots but in general nooo
It's Mexican not Latin everywhere
+El TRI ~ Because...Out of all the major dances of latin america, and the world. Three things ring true. MERENGUE, BACHATA, and SALSA. These last three genres are danced all over in latin parties regardless of its in MEXICO, COLOMBIA, PERU, CUBA, SPAIN. But answer me this. Do they dance Tango, Samba, Cumbia, Flamenco, Vallenato, with as much ease? Of course not.
***** ~ Look...Sometimes in life. As it is with many things. You have to learn to look at things objectively and accept the inetivable for what it is. As a Latino whom for the most part grew up in New York City, surrounded by other Latin cultures. I have a first person perspective gained through life long personal experiences with friends from COLOMBIA, HONDURAS, EL SALVADOR, MEXICO, I have even had friends from Nicaragua, Guyana & Belize. And yes, Spanish...Is my first language so I am more than familiar with the vast musical genres & trends going back to the past. Sooo when I focused on Merengue, Bachata, and Salsa. I did so because whether you, or the rest of the world likes it. The most popular latin dances in LATIN AMERICA & the most popular Latin rhythms around the world just so happen to be: SALSA, MERENGUE, BACHATA with a near REGGETON. These genres can be just as easily heard from the tip of Argentina, all the way up to the city of Toronto, Canada. If you go to a disco or club. No matter if it's in Spain, Puerto Rico, or Uruguay. You will hear Merengue, Bachata, or Salsa. If you go to a Latin disco in Japan you will most likely hear those 4. Fact is that a lot of Latin American folklore music (like Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, etc.) DOES NOT PLAY WELL in discos or comercial radio stations. Which is why it is difficult for this music to be heard in other countries. Unless there are enthusiast like myself that take it upon themselves to search out "WORLD MUSIC."
3:44 min Song Name ??
