    Hey mate, I am really considering joining the marines as I've left school and what not. Could you go over how to get fit enough for all the tests? I want to get in better shape but I haven't got much experience with weights and stuff so I am not sure what exercises to do, the proper forms and sets etc. Would appreciate if you could do like an in depth video on how to create a workout. :D
