Yeah I spent 400 hours in FantasyLife. This game might cone close to that experience.
I love how the narrative starts with writing to a friend, and then the letter’s ending implies YOU are the friend being invited.
That trope is the best. I love it💜

@@lucasrinaldi9909 It has the cutest story and fun activities - you can be a chef, a mage, a carpenter, a blacksmith, a paladin, an angler, a tailor... Just to name a few.
This gives me Stardew Valley meets Animal crossing with magical adventure story sprinkled on top vibes

of all the farming/life sims in the direct, this one caught my attention the most. the graphics and world are so charming, and it’s multiplayer? might have to give this a try

From what I read, it isn't mmorpg. It's more like Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing where you invite your friends to come live and work on your farm. I think some of those people in the town shots are probably NPCs.

@@sticklyboi definitely not buying them all but the more competition there is the more likely they are to make theirs more unique to where I'd want to buy it. These games tend to be repeats of themselves so hopefully this trend starts leading to more interesting and fun games. If not then that'll be disappointing
@@sticklyboi LOL, there were clear differences. One of the farming games literally let you grow older and have children, and your children gets a job depending on how they were raised. This game has magic-like qualities, allowing you to cast spells, not to mention it seems to have a more dungeon-crawler like aspect to it.
Not all farm games are the same, and saying that there's hardly any difference between them seems like a disservice.
Not all dungeon crawlers are the same, not all FPS are the same, etc.
When you're torn between SoS AWL, Harvestella, RF3 Special, and Fae Farm.........
Just buy them all lol!!!

I love that the customization not only adds between the PCs (different colors of outfits and wings etc), but also that customization your house and farm dds to Dungeon/adventure gameplay too!

Right, everything is geared towards multiplayer nowadays, I'm a single player all the way.
From what I read about it, it is totally geared for single player! You don't need to play multiplayer, but your friends can come help on your farm. Can't wait to see it in action though.

This looks good. The fighting reminds me of Snack World, a bit with the graphics when they fight too.

There is so many farm games now. Obviously inspired by the early Harvest Moon game.
None of these have quite hit it perfect yet (IMO). Stardew is my fav, Rune Factory is also great, as well as Harvestella.
This one doesn't seem to be a perfect fit for me, but I'm glad it is becoming a non-niche genre.
