Granted that is what got him recognized but I've actually checked out his other works and if others did too they would subscribe because he can animate and give it a unique yet familiar feel to each animation.
So no he shouldn't become a hololive only channel he should animate what he wants whether that's hololive or omori or whatever I'm subscribed because he can animate so well not because he started doing hololive.
Now I won't deny that his hololive animations will give him more views I'm not denying that but what I will say is don't shift your focus just do what you've been doing and before you know it you'll be at 50k then 100k because your animations show effort and that's what really matters.
