I like how your squishier Flayon design makes him seem more solid. As for your Rin design, there's a fascinating contrast between her snarky personality and how she looks like one of those peppy and adventure-obsessed female best friends in cartoons. Also, Ina's presence here reminded me of how I once saw Flayon in the chat of her 3D debut stream. XD
