- hey everyone :) since school season has ended, I just wanted to make this video for those students who need help preparing for their next school year. college may be pressuring, but with proper preparation, i'm sure you will breeze through it :)
i will be posting a dedicated study video soon with actual study techniques and tips for studying and general college advice! :) this video is mainly for PREPARING before a school year.

(wow, kai finally uploading on time?) jokes aside, i hope you guys find these tips useful! i know they are quite simple but that's why they're also so important. they're important on setting a strong foundation to your school year. since most of you guys are on vacation right now, i hope these tips can help you have an easier time in school next year :)

2. Prepare your incoming subjects.
3. Read in advanced.
4. Set up a task system.
5. Do not focus on grades too much.

It’s so true how some students get top scores in lecture exams but in laboratory or practical exams they do not that excel as well compared in lecture based on my observation as a physical therapy student. Body mechanics a very important skill that needs to be mastered in our field. Even if one knows all detailed information,if they are not able to apply and properly execute the actions that are needed to perform in real life or in practical exams, then it would really affect their laboratory grades~
practical skills are so important indeedd

How do you make notes? I see that a lot of students use Ipads, but I'm currently using quizlet on my laptop. The problem is it takes a long time to do flashcards and I feel like I can't catch up sometimesㅠ do you know if there is an easier way to make notes, espcially for courses where you need to memorize a lot?
usually it's easier on anki to make notes - though i try not rely on taking notes! hehe

This is a genuine question... why do you have your morning routine and breakfast and even your bed time in your calendar??? is there really nothing better you can put in there?
i have an event and a routine calendar- those things you mentioned are non-negotiables so i just set them to repeat so i don't have to keep adding them again and again 😆 the rest of the day i usually plan the night before instead of having it all pre planned
