Bike Build 2021 All City Zig Zag Ultegra Sunset Glow Time-lapse Including Weight

I don't get to say this often but this is the coolest bike I have built at the current bike shop I work at. Most of the time I am building cookie cutter bikes with no soul. I personally own an All-City track bike that I ride 95% of the time when I am riding road. I am a big believer in supporting small businesses/companies I myself own a small business that survives on like minded people.
This was a long build because I tend to build bikes even if they are trash bikes like most everything else I build. If I didn't have to put my own touches on this one it would have taken me a lot less time. Unfortunately I had to work on the disk brakes to get them to stop rubbing but besides that everything else was straightforward.

True that, the paint jobs on the 2022 zig zag and gorilla monsoon have to be some of the worst paint jobs ever to come from all city……☹️
