I created this channel to give viewers a chance to watch behind the scene bikes builds. Most consumers are not lucky enough to watch the bike they just bought from the sales floor being built.
After I am finished recording these build videos I take notes of issues I ran into and the required tools needed for the build so if you decide to buy directly you'll know what to expect.

Freshly Spoked Wheel Truing Timelapse
I find building wheels almost therapeutic. I built this wheel with literally dumpster parts that I salvaged to slap something together. Even with these crap parts my wheels come out just as strong as the original factory set. Still another boring video that I am posting digging through my archives just to upload content. Enjoy

Hey mate, thanks for the upload. Watching unboxing videos is always part of my process when researching for a new bike. Have been thinking about a trekking e-bike , fully equipped for commuting and leisure with a Bosch motor and decent specs. Have been saving for the last couple of years and have been thinking about the new neo x1, also about the canyon pathlite 7. Do you have any views on the two bikes and also is anything else I need to be looking at in that category. Thanks

Watched handlebar wrap from 14:20 at 0.25 speed. I’m not good at doing those, good time kill watching a good bike mechanic knock it out so well. 👍
Beautiful bike, thanks for build video. You must only get a fixed amount to build a bike but you’re good at what you do and take pride in your work, not wanting to leave a mess on even a cheap bike. Keep it up 👍
I don't get many builds I work at a small shop and most of my customers don't want to invest too much money on bikes
Impressed by your attention to detail. How often do you find derailleur hanger out of line on new bike out of box? Do you find hubs, BB or headsets that need better greasing than what’s done at factory?
Every new bike I build has issues out of the box. The most common problems are bent derailleur hangers, crooked wheels, and rubbing brakes.

@Fast Cholo I’ve ridden a 56 CM frame since 2000 & I am considering this same bike but the 56 seems a bit smaller than the standard 56 CM frame while the 58 CM Synapse appears to be a bit too large. Do you think I should stick with my 56 cm & get a longer stem to accommodate that small difference or go up a size ?
the 2022 version does not have the beautiful paintwork of the 2020 model:-(
True that, the paint jobs on the 2022 zig zag and gorilla monsoon have to be some of the worst paint jobs ever to come from all city……☹️

So you can’t do a dropper post with internal cable and come out that port on the left near the front of the frame?
The bottom bracket shell in the frame doesn't have a hole to run a cable internally to the seatpost

It's a generic bike with a decent electric assist motor. Whatever you buy make sure it has a Bosch or Shimano motor you won't be disappointed

I can't give honest reviews of bikes I don't personally own/ride. What I can tell you is most the Cannondales I have built especially recently have had quality control issues that are luckily repairable. No matter the bike you end up buying make sure it is properly set-up before your shop warranty expires.
Just bought the LAST 46cm in "Sunset Glow" 6hrs ago (04/05/2021).... so far how has your Zig Zag Ultegra been?

Size 52 the weight was 21.6lbs
Those hideous welds... While, @Cannondale??? Is it that difficult or costly to smoothen them? Or do you think, only blind numbnuts settle on aluminium frame bikes? In either case, I beg to differ.
I'm not sure why they don't smooth out the welds like they use to. Some people are just married to the brand.
@@FastCholo I wish they all did. Koga does a splendid job (the best I've seen anywhere - their aluminium bikes' major joints look almost like carbon!) smoothing out the welds in their most current aluminium bikes. Trek does a relatively good job at that, too, in the Émonda ALR. A couple of other companies do, too. It is unfortunate that most, including brands that used to (i.e., Cannondale, Giant) don't.
I have the black 2020 version with a 105 group set...great bike...love it.

Also keep in mind- This is a endurance bike ! Not the race model bikes. I would say that it’s along with the competition if not probably lighter than some of the competition in the segment.

Not internally, you can run an external though.
That thing is beautiful man! I'm waiting for the same bike, ordered in August and still waiting 😓. Wondering if you got your full shipment of bikes or you only got a limited number. My bike shops says they have no real date on arrival.
We had ordered this one back in March. Some of the back orders have been arriving lately spread out. They just show up without notification.

Let me add this bike has been a pain in the ass to maintain. The customer has had several issues with it. I know it isn't a build issue it's just poor quality. I wouldn't recommend buying one.

@@lamontdouglas8695 creaking seatpost and bottom bracket. The wedge that holds the seatpost in place is a bad design. Even when torqued to spec with a calibrated torque wrench it would still make noise. Cannondales only solution to this was slapping an excessive amount of carbon assembly paste around the seatpost and tightening the bolt beyond the 6nm that is literally written on the frame. The only permanent solution to a noisy bb30 bottom bracket is to change it to a thread together bottom bracket like the wheels mfg which also requires a crank replacement
