I'm recently been injured and in wheelchair, it is irritating to not be able to park and get into my wheelchair, also the public restrooms are always packed with normal walking people

As a chihuahua owner my dog has unlimited access to food and looks just like that one. On dogs that size (average weight of 5-8 pounds depending on breeding) being one pound overweight is the equivalent of you and I being forty pounds overweight. That wasn’t a malnourished chihuahua, but a healthy and fit one. And yes they really do look just that scrawny!
Before your videos, I never had a kind word to say about a tow truck driver. Your patience, humility, and above all empathy, have shown me another side. Dogs are very special to me. I want to thank you for caring and I hope that you are able to continue to feed it like you mentioned.
If I may ask, why did you have a bad view of them? Tow truck driver's are a great resource, when needed jump starts, lockouts, they will even bring you gas if you run out and tows are essential. Not to mention accident responses... If you follow parking laws, you'll never meet one unintentionally, js yeah I'm an old tow truck driver...lol

we get drops at the park across the street from my house periodically. we've adopted at least 1 cat that way. turned out he had some medical issues, which is why they probably dropped him. we took care of him as long as we could.

As I’ve already mentioned, I am handicapped. I do appreciate your work towing cheaters. Usually I go out with someone in my vehicle and if they enter the premisies I park in a normal spot. Only when I get out of the vehicle do I park in a designated parking place. Too many able bodied people take places they shouldn’t. In the U.K. where I used to live, it’s epidemic and the attitudes are very peurile and selfish of those able bodied who take the spaces they shouldn’t.
