You're absolutely correct Johnny. It's not the fault of the tow guy. He's not the bad guy. The tow man is just like the rest of us. Out doing honest work to earn a living.
You have a great talent for being compassionate to folks getting towed as well as explaining why the office does what it does. I'm pretty sure your de-escalation skills have kept people from going off in the leasing offices or cussing out their managers! Stay safe out there.
Every time someone who got stickered gets towed, the "office doesn't answer the phone" or "I was getting it fixed today". You have the patience of a Saint to hear that numerous times a day and still maintain your composure.
You the man Johnny and I think it's good that you're helping out poor people, I'm a Christian and you're supposed to help out anyone that needs help end spread love that's what God wants but it never happens on the earth much anymore
If there's 100 rental properties on a given lot, they probably allow 2 spaces per unit. Add on courtesy spots for visitors [say 40-50] and that should be enough for the residents and guests. But some people treat the spots like it's their driveway and don't feel they have to play by management's rules. Those courtesy spots fill up quick when you get a guy like the car lot guy whose inventory is taking up spaces that folks are paying rent on, basically. Johnny is great in how he treats people and tells them to contact the office if there is an issue! I'm sure most managers are willing to work with most folks to insure that vehicles are not just dumped there for an indefinite period. Keep rollin' in hot and be safe, Johnny!!!
Johnny, I'm sure you have tough days being a tow truck driver. It must be frustrating at times to deal with people that are uncooperative and will take it out you for them having a bad day. You're just doing your job man.
You were really good with that woman on how you explained that she has to have communication with the apartment management to keep her car from getting towed.
I like how you said getting the last one with the trailer wasn't going to be easy but then you did just that, make it look easy.... I'm sure that isn't the case just saying you made it look swift and easy..... Great job as usual. I'm sick of today's society thinking they can just do what they want. Especially when it comes to cars. It's the most ungrateful society, and I feel like it's simply not going to get better. Those of us trying to live our lives and do things the right way and not destroy our vehicles, dump them, drive like maniacs are getting scooped up. Can we just get back to being normal????? You aren't on this planet and these roads and these apartment complexes alone, so stop being so selfish when it comes to anything to do with driving, it's a privilege not a right. And people definitely don't have the right to screw the rest of us over in the process..... Rant over.
8:06 “Can’t renew my registration** tag because I was in an accident…” Listen lady, I have nothing but sympathy for you. However, you’ve known weeks ahead of time to get that taken care of. It’s a yearly thing.
You ever stop to think that maybe she didn't have a job or money at the time? You'd crap bricks if you saw all the out of date tags here in Missouri. People who are still driving with temp tags that are way out of date. We just don't assume things anymore.
@@darkhorse8413You're so right about the prejudgment based off partial information! Maybe she's waiting on the insurance adjuster to decide if it's a total loss or repairable before updating the registration, inspection and/or etc. It's also very common for residents to get any real contact with the apt complex mgmt because it's that way here trying to even apply for an apt or obtaining a application due to them not answering nor responding back to calls! Hope she gets everything taken care of!
Happy New Year Johnny! YOU Sir have the patience of an angel! You treat people with the upmost respect and they still don't know how to behave properly! You are in my thoughts and prayers on a daily basis! Gilbert Alicea NYC...
Vehicle Owners are Not going to Pay for a Tow so they are Definitely Not going to Pay to get their Junk Vehicle Back from your Tow Yard. Thanks Johnny! 👍🙏
Often folks hang on to old cars in hopes of getting a small return on the scrap value but they must be quick. Management may go slow initially but if you delay too long forget it. It obviously is different if you have your own place provided it's not in an H-O-A!
Master defuser. Man, you are a blessing to CZcams. I hope millions watch these videos and learn how to talk to fellow humans like you do. It’s certainly a lost art.
awesome content and really appreciate how respectful you are to the car owners. As a previous repo guy I can attest there are a lot of shady operations out there. God bless and keep it up.
Thanks for yet another great video. It always boggles my mind how they wait until their car is hooked before they come running out with a crazy excuse. Be safe.
I noticed you are having to write the compound address on pieces of paper. You should ask the company to supply business cards, it would make things easier and look more professional. Business cards don't cost a lot of money
It’s hard time is out there right now, but that doesn’t mean people get to break the rules. Especially if there’s an easy way out to just talk to management.
What is funny is that people think if they ignore the sticker that the problem will go away. It goes away, right down the road to the tow yard then they are mad. If the properties didn't tow these derelict cars then there wouldn't be any parking. People handle your business or Johnny will handle it for you!
I work apartment maintenance ...I hear the same crap from every tenant about how the front office DONT DO THEY JOB and all they do IS TAKE PEOPLE MONEY. I dont live in apartments for that and many other reasons. Im 44 and have lived about 2 years in an apartment complex combined (2 rentals) that was plenty. I lived in my car for a year because i couldnt stand living in apartments. If you have to do it dont make it a lifestyle.
I’m glad that woman was nice and calm and you could be back to her! Yup if you can’t get them on the phone then go to the office and speak to them face to face. They can’t keep track of all their tenants! Glad you could clean up some spots for them! Stay safe Johnny!
Great people skills, Johnny! I am from the US, but definitely enjoy watching your videos over here in Germany. The "schleppendienst" tow guys here have a flatbed truck with a boom & hoist. They pick a car up like a crane does - even if other cars are in front of or behind it - and haul it away. 🇺🇸 🇩🇪
It always makes me sad when I see the condition of some of the vehicles. People just don’t look after things like they used to. Such a shame that someone’s pride and joy has become a neglected wreck.
One common thread on all of these videos. It's always, ALWAYS someone else's fault that someone doesn't have up to date registration. LOL. Always some excuse, regardless of the situation. Taxpayer subsidized apartments aren't enough; they can't even be a responsible vehicle owner without having some damn excuse as to why it's expired. The office "doesn't answer their phones" is this one. LOL.
I wish you worked in our city. In our residential neighborhood there is a lady who leases exotic vehicles and then does short-term rentals. Sometimes there are as many as seven of her vehicles on our short little street of only seven houses on one side. There's no room for anyone else to park on the street. I don't think it's legal to operate a business in a residential area that takes up so much street parking.
You're absolutely correct Johnny. It's not the fault of the tow guy. He's not the bad guy.
The tow man is just like the rest of us. Out doing honest work to earn a living.
Narcissists never take responsibility for their ineptitude. Its always someone elses fault..😂
You treat people with total respect, Johnny. That's why you're the best!!!
You have a great talent for being compassionate to folks getting towed as well as explaining why the office does what it does. I'm pretty sure your de-escalation skills have kept people from going off in the leasing offices or cussing out their managers! Stay safe out there.
A car dealer storing his cars at an apartment complex?LOL ok now I've heard it all.
We had a car dealer who thought he could keep a lot full of cars at a shopping center we own where he doesn’t even lease a retail space 😂😂😂
nice to hear how you speak to someone in a bad situation. good job Johnny
Well, she has enough money to smoke, so things can't be going too bad.... 🤷♂
Rolling in HOT! Thank you to Johnny's Boss and his coworkers for allowing him to show what goes on.
Be safe, Johnny and the Tow Trucker Family . 😇
"They don't answer the phone" so walk up to the office a speak with somebody up there is that so hard
Easier to tell lies over the phone than to someone's face.
Wow! You have problem solving skills! Unlike metro Atlanta residents
Whoever raised you when you were young, I’d like to shake their hands! You’re an amazing guy Johnny 😊
“They don’t answer the phone when I call to the office” WELL WALK YOUR ASS DOWN TO THE OFFICE AND TALK TO THEM IN PERSON THEN!!!!!
Even when they’re angry about their situation, you don’t add to their frustration. You’re a gem, Johnny!
Every time someone who got stickered gets towed, the "office doesn't answer the phone" or "I was getting it fixed today". You have the patience of a Saint to hear that numerous times a day and still maintain your composure.
The "owner's wifey" glaring at you........too funny!
So respectful to people and their property, even if car has been abandoned. You’re the real
deal. God bless and keep you man.
You do such a good job with speaking with people in their bad situations, Great Job Johnny! Stay Safe!
As ALWAYS Johnny, you were so gracious to the woman. I'm thanking you for her.
Have a GREAT and safe week.
You're a good man Johnny. Wish we could all live up to your example. I'm inspired dude. Be safe out there. ❤
You the man Johnny and I think it's good that you're helping out poor people, I'm a Christian and you're supposed to help out anyone that needs help end spread love that's what God wants but it never happens on the earth much anymore
I love how you advocate for both the car owners and the property managers.
I love the lessons he gives out to folks who cannot act in an adult manner

That was a busy day! So happy to hear you speak respectfully to everyone!
Amazing towing Johnny. Hats off to you for being understanding with some people who got towed. Keeping your cool makes the world of difference!
I like how you said getting the last one with the trailer wasn't going to be easy but then you did just that, make it look easy.... well stated! I could not agree more!!
8:06 “Can’t renew my registration** tag because I was in an accident…” Listen lady, I have nothing but sympathy for you. However, you’ve known weeks ahead of time to get that taken care of. It’s a yearly thing.
So true.
Accident has nothing to do with renewal of tag registration in GA. If you have an issue, go by your tag office to find out your options to stay legal.
You ever stop to think that maybe she didn't have a job or money at the time? You'd crap bricks if you saw all the out of date tags here in Missouri. People who are still driving with temp tags that are way out of date. We just don't assume things anymore.

You and Jeff from the Everything Auto’s YT channel are my favorite tow guys.

Vehicle Owners are Not going to Pay for a Tow so they are Definitely Not going to Pay to get their Junk Vehicle Back from your Tow Yard. Thanks Johnny! 👍🙏
No problem the salvage yard will cover thr cost ofm the tow

They’ll get $ for it either way
Master defuser. Man, you are a blessing to CZcams. I hope millions watch these videos and learn how to talk to fellow humans like you do. It’s certainly a lost art.
Rolling in hot as always.

You have so much compassion. I love it!
Fascinating content great stuff. Oddly soothing.
I noticed you are having to write the compound address on pieces of paper. You should ask the company to supply business cards, it would make things easier and look more professional. Business cards don't cost a lot of money
It’s amazing how you got into an accident you don’t have insurance you don’t have emissions your cars not registered all at the same time. What a lie.
Awesome job as always Johnny, Happy New Year to you & family!
It’s hard time is out there right now, but that doesn’t mean people get to break the rules. Especially if there’s an easy way out to just talk to management.

Yes agreed. Being so kind & compassionate is definitely Johnny plus he don’t wanna get his ass beat
Good job Johnny. Professional as always. Never mean spirited.
You are always nice to people. That’s great. Stay safe and God Bless Johnny
Thankful that lady was respectful towards you. I never understand people using violence to get change the way things go.
One of your best vids, with lots of explanations, just a guy doing his job. I think your videos help explain why you don't get mad at the tow guy.
Great people skills, Johnny!
I am from the US, but definitely enjoy watching your videos over here in Germany.

Happy New Year!!! You are such a nice person keep up the great work
Clean 'em up! Nice job, Johnny. Stay safe out there
It always makes me sad when I see the condition of some of the vehicles. People just don’t look after things like they used to. Such a shame that someone’s pride and joy has become a neglected wreck.
Thanks for the ride, stay safe.
Johnny is Rolling in Hot!
Another year of rolling in hot 🔥 😁 and you are keeping it real. Keep on doing a great job and dealing with SSDD. ✌️
