Someone was looking after her, as if her car hadn't overheated, she would have most likely gotten in a pretty bad wreck. I'm blessed to have been there because nobody else stopped. I used to contract tow abandoned cars for Philly, PA in the 80's and they would wanna fight me over taking their cars with 4 flat tires, ( sometimes I had to bring multi fit spare tires and lug nuts) all glass broken out and had not run in years. Loved the work but hated the confrontations. I'm a big guy but I'd have 5 of them at once jumping on me and I was only getting $20. a vehicle and had to pay 1/2 fuel and drive to far ends of city sometimes. Fun times! I'm hoping they treat you better as it seems like its a little better with apartment and private property contracts! Stay safe! 🇺🇸

IT SHOULD BE A CRIME!!!!!! she couldn't afford it and she lost her car!!!!!
Most of us learned from a very young age that there are rules and laws that we need to follow. If we broke the rules there was a penalty for our actions. If you don't like the rules where you live move. All of these people have had ample warning of what is going to happen, and you have a job to do.. Stay safe CHEERS

As I watch these videos, I can’t help but think of how understanding and helpful you are to all these people who you interact with during your day. You’re always very considerate and polite, always willing to let them understand the situation fully as far as the property management and the reasoning behind what you’re doing. Clearly looking out of your home to see a tow truck about to take your car is not anyone’s idea of a great day. I feel like you go above and beyond as far as letting these people know the full situation and the reasoning behind everything.

Yeah, I have been on the property management end of these situations. What people don’t get is that the property managers are under the direction of their regional managers and corporate VPs to keep the community clean. Most, not all but most, community managers don’t want to tow your car or hound you ... they just want you to do what you agreed to do when you signed your lease. I have basically uttered the same thing that this driver said, “You took care of it; good job man!” . I have heard the same excuses, been yelled at, lied to, and abused just like this driver. Residents need to understand that the managers have heard it all many times before. If you make a deal with the manager, do what you said you’d you do the first time. Times might have changed but being upfront and honest still gets you a long way!
