I like how Noa got justice for Keiichi, not just revenge. She made sure that while she had some personal motivation to make sure that she didn't make any rash decisions as a professional business women. By properly investigating his former workplace and the confidentiality breach she pretty much kept everything professional and above the board with some personal revenge for herself and Keiichi as a fringe benefit.
It also makes sense for her to do so against those two turds from a business perspective. If Kato and Takayama were willing to do all of that crap to Keiichi and others, what else could they be doing and how will that affect her business and reputation? Cutting the rot from the fruit, in other words.
Serves Kato and Takayama right for always looking down on Keiichi but it's nice that Noa was always there supporting him and it felt satisfying when she ended up roasting them both of them into Oblivion.😂
The moment Takayama and Kato learned that Keiichi's wife, Noa, was their major business client, they went into damage control to try and save their contract with her company. However, too much evidence against them from Keiichi and their own employees lead to their downfall.
They looked down on everyone like they were more important than THEIR boss. But in reality, they can't even do their own jobs without hurting others in the process. That's literal job sabotage.

If there's a confidentiality breach, you approach the higher-ups of the other company right away, not waltz into the office and speak to the culprits directly like that. The company is supposed to conduct its own internal investigation. This just looks like a contrived situation set up to make Keiichi look good and Kato and Takayama to look like stupid villains.
It could have played out better if it came out in the confrontation that she already reported the suspected impropriety, and the internal investigation already tarred them without their knowledge.
