Used a couple of you videos to create a morning hip, knee, and ankle strength routine. Takes about a half hour. I work through the routine before I allow myself to look at my phone in the morning, two birds one stone ya know
Love both of you guys. I started watching you 6 months ago. You guys have released my body from stiffness and tension. I appreciate it all love and positivity always.
I am very grateful that I came across your channel. I'm a retired old man just trying to become functionally fit, staying there as long as possible. Your videos have given me a much deeper understanding on how important stretching and mobility are. Thanks very much. God bless you and your brother.
Im in love with this life style makes me feel less anxious as if I was doing it even tho I'm far from being in any environment where I can live this way. Keep it up!
Trevor, i really really like the way you explain things! thanks so much ❤ feel so greatfull. If you want to make more video like these i think is really nice
Still charging my 52 and bits of your works Mr Hash. Dig the various backrounds you are always in. Being out there gets you deeper in here. Blessings and Strength brother. Aho
Omg delicious movements!!! These are the most common moves I leave my clients with and they make a huge impact on body health! Thanks for the great guidance🙏🤲💖
I am appreciating you guys so much! You are a recent Super new discovery for me. Please when you make a video like this can you do each exercises both sides? Even if is not a follow along ( which I personally prefer ), it may be difficult to coordinate some exercise on the opposite side as long as I am not an expert, like in this video the one on the floor in which you stretch your shoulders in 2 different linked movements. Thanks from Italy 🇮🇹
I'm in mediocre shape in my mid 50's and have always longed for a QUICK warm-up/cool-down routine for playing tennis or pickleball. This is friggin perfect! Thanks a million.
Oh yeah! This showing punches rt. Into my noting. This has gotten me MORE to an everyday move and got me to check out the "Planet Granite"! As always, inspired.
Do you where that rock formation is located the one he’s jumping off? I went to Joshua tree a month ago but I didn’t get far into there I got there late but I want to return.
Josh I know this is not a question you generally deal with or get asked but could you recommend what particular stretched one can do to deal with sciatica of the glutes? Thanks.
For me it is very difficult to raise my knees i feel tired in my legs...does this mean weakness? In the wall Quad i am not fully straight with my back/glutes/abs...stretching is good?
Question, are those compression tights or socks? Do you recommend compression tights or calf nd knee sleeves or socks when hiking/climbing those rocks?
Does this not put alot of stress on the ACL? Ive been doing this Split Squat lately and it feels incredible, but has left me wondering about that shearing stress in the knee.
Could try fine-tuning a couple things: be sure to lengthen tailbone down, thighs should have scissor effect. Is your weight distributed evenly across all 4 points of your forward foot? Hope this helps.
Great video, except, what's with all the hand-waving and emphatic gesturing with every phrase? Seems to be a millennial thing. In body language analysis it's called "portrayal." It's saying, I want you to believe me. For me in the old school, it's always super distracting and like what is their problem? Truth-telling is more in the eyes. Thanks for the great stretches. Just tried the lying windmill, awesome. New horizons in stretching.
@@whitelightsheddinweedsmokin I have a new hip thanks to these fellows, was tight & stiff for ages. sh!t works, I am a beast again! lets call the series, Frolics of Animals.
@@gymfreeathletes3438 I'm sure you'll bounce back. But as long as you're enjoying yourself! Amazing what you can do when you put your mind into things :P And I know what you mean by the eating part......I love eating though haha I just started training with a barbell and I absolutley love it. Barbells and rings are a new love affair for me hahaha

Where is that rock formation you were jumping off in Joshua tree located?
I wanted to hear about an old person who's been doing this for 40 or 50 years and the result of it long term.

Great set-up ❤️
Your stretches in the beginning should always be active stretches not passive (as in yoga). After the activity, passive stretches are good.
2:31 "do this before/after workout, walk a dog, then leave it behind" (great vid, thanks!)

That first move we did in rowing club everyday (that was 10 years ago lol)

Explain why? I'm not saying that it isn't, just want to know why :)
