Mate sunlight charging is very dissapointing lately we've had terrible weather for weeks only the odd glimpse of sunshine đ
How bigs your solar panel bro
I'll upload that vid today will come out tonight the new panel 550watts
Sweet bro sounds sood
at least youve got good quality components in preperation for the future, just need a few more panels off facebook market place or altenergy.
apparently wd40 is one of the best contact cleaners and lubricants.
i use contact clean and lube spray but ages ago i read wd40 is very good at doing the same job.
Thanks for that tip mate. I do have some wd40 laying around. I actually wouldnât mind getting a small wind turbine to have a play around with đ€ maybe I will get one one day
@@Techboxreview yeh theyre kinda fun , But turbines need to be above surrounding trees and buildings or youl see almost no power, kinda like putting a solar panel in the shade or putting it in the sun.
then theres the other hurdle finding a turbine that actually matches advertised specs , so much deception out there.
turbines make little power by that i mean compared to solar panels theres no comparison.
ive got heaps of em, even built my own .
if youve got winds above say 20kms youll do well.
i used a lighting tower wind up mast with outriggers and guy wires and i snuck the turbine up high at night, i painted it so it was hard to see at night , and wind it down before sunrise, it was only good in windy conditions which are rare for me in my wheatbelt town.
And why don't you use Anderson plugs? Cheers
I use xt60 connections because I have an array of other items I have set up with xt60 connections. It just works for me. Anderson plugs would work fine also đ€đ»
@@Techboxreview Cheers mate. I'll look into them
No worries mate. Keep in mind XT60 connections are rated to 30amps
Have you got a link to your multi battery setup at all? Looks cool.
No links sorry. Itâs just something I put together. I will have to make a video on the complete setup one day đđ€đ»
@@Techboxreview I just found it!!
@@Techboxreview And just found the longer video!! haha
