Thanks for this, turns out its an internet problem, i recommend anyone that has a problem updating any game to connect to their phone's wifi, check for updates, it should work.

Yo wallah I’ve been having the same issue the game still load up but when I try to start a match, it says something went wrong in that gray box I tried everything like restarting my PS five or turning it off. Nothing seems to work right now at least I’m not the only one with this issue, but this needs to be resolved ASAP.

Guys, try deleting the update and the game itself, then try downloading it again ٫ It worked for me ✌🏼
