bruh this happened the day after I had to update the system software, now it doesn’t even get past the sign in screen and shuts itself off or just shows the ps4 background but not the actual UI

July 2024 I may have found a solution, hopefully it's helps everyone. Noticed the game I was trying to play was on my external hard drive. Then noticed I still had lost planet 2 on my internal. Loaded up lost planet and it connected just fine. Transfered kameo to internal hard drive and it worked just fine. Spread the word if it works for you.
