I got the silver rings for Christmas. They are a little larger than the original ones and work very well. However, they aren't metal but painted plastic. The paint chips after a while. In less than a month, you can see it's worn where the rings meet making a rough surface that scratches your thumb after a while. It's a shame because I really like them and the design.

Hi. My guestion is that which silver ring s are better in quality, the one on kickstarter or the one on finGears site?

Is there any difference between the silver rings on Kickstarter and the ones on Fingears shop aside from the box design?
The version of the silver rings is similar to the ones on the website, but it is a different production, and they are of much higher quality. It's a different type of coating. It's a metalized coating in special baths, not a silver film coating. That's why they're expensive for us, and they'll be more expensive on the market.
The coating is very scratch and chip resistant.

21 mm is better. You need to have some space between the ring and the finger.
