If there was a Rouge the Bat spin off game, then it would be about being a spy to infiltrate buildings to steal magical gems, as well as being in an action thriller type of adventure to take down evil, similar to the lines of James Bond 007, Sly Cooper the Racoon, and Agent Clank from the Ratchet and Clank Series. Yes, I am aware of the mixed reactions from the Agent Clank game, but a Rouge the Bat spin off game wouldn't be a bad idea. So long as it followed the element of success from the Sly Cooper Series, with some good elements of Agent Clank, and with a few pinches of James Bond 007, then the Rouge the Bat spin off game would work. Besides, there can still interactions with Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, and all the other characters, to make it a Sonic Game despite being a Rouge the Bat spin off game, with the bonus being to play as those characters alongside Rouge for Multiplayer in Story Mode.
Like I’ve said before, SEGA could do SO MUCH with Silver’s psychokinesis and Blaze’s pyrokinesis, especially if they were in an open environment kinda like Frontiers. Silver could interact with the environment with his psychokinesis and it would be SOO COOL!

I watched this video that basically was a game idea for silver, it was more story focused but basically it gave a reason to why silver kept needed to save the future and shadow would be silvers mentor so shadow could have some more character development or something. A Chaotix game about taking on odd jobs to pay the rent would be hilarious. I think if it focused on a lot of side/obscure characters, like Fang, Bean, Bark, Mighty, and Ray, there could be a really fun idea there! It could be a detective game, much like you described OR something like the telltale games could be really cool! (Sam and Max being my main influence)

They could make that party game. Set it up like Fortune Street or Dokapon Kingdom, one that plays like a JRPG overworld. The characters communicate through radio and are visible through speech boxes, but the gameplay is like a board game about them strategizing what they're going to do.
The goal is to progress the voice-acted story by leveling up and performing combo attacks, and that is what triggers cutscenes no matter where the individual player characters are on the board. Depending on how the players co-operate and either approach or avoid each other on the board to share inventory items, puts them on track to different branching paths in the story.
For the record this is more or less copypaste form Fantasy Flight Games 'Arkham Horror'.

Here is an idea for a Spin Off of Amy. The idea is not mine, it was told to me by a user I met on the internet.
My friend suggests that an Amy game would be in a mystical world where Amy's tarot cards give her unique and different abilities, but with certain limitations. In this case it would only be 22 cards, based mainly on the 22 major arcana.
The plot would be something more or less like this. Amy for some strange reason ends up in a magical dimension, where the tarot cards acquire powers that help Amy to go through all kinds of adversities and save that dimension from dark magic and return to her dimension. As for gameplay, my friend suggests a dynamic metroidavania game, with beat em up elements and some elements from Sonic games.
A spin off of Amy would not need to be triple A, if there is something I have learned from indie games, is that you don't need a huge budget to make a good game, just passion and dedication to the game.
Dude a Silver and Blaze team up adventure through time and space would go so hard. Especially since they already have a common villain who can bring them together, Eggman Nega
I think it would be a cool idea for a Rouge the Bat game to have inspiration from the Infamous and the Sly Cooper video game series', depending on your actions being either 'Heroic' or 'Evil' having an effect on the story and characters going throughout while playing. G.U.N. could use her as an infiltrator for field op missions and the first mission could be inside a museum where she was sent to stop someone from stealing an artifact, and depending on your choice you could either stop the thief or steal it for yourself.

I'm surprised you didn't mention a Knuckles the Echidna spin-off. It would be a 3D platformer collectathon similar to Sonic Frontiers where Knuckles uses his abilities to collect items and explore new areas on Angel Island. That would be awesome!

After he was OP in Sonic Adventure 1 it really seemed like Takeshi Iizuka decided Tails was overshadowing Sonic and said "Never again." Never again did we get fast, classic, beast mode, fun Tails.
I honestly think Silver could have an absolutely banger of a spinoff. I’ve already thought some ideas up, but the basic gist of the game is like if you mixed Sonic Frontiers with Devil May Cry and a Lego game, where Silver runs around a set of mini open worlds, completing puzzles and getting into battles with hordes of enemies Hack-n-Slash style, all while recruiting other Sonic characters to aid in puzzle solving or battles

I feel like that playstyle could be fleshed out in tandem with the usual sonic tropes and gimmicks and whatnot. Plus I just don't think he was given a chance to shine in 06 seeing how the general public feels about that game.
A Tails game that plays like Psychonauts or Ratchet and Clank sounds like it makes sense. He could play with a lot of gadgets and cartoon guns, he could fly around in his Tornado, he has platforming skills too so you can make maps with a lot of verticality.

I agree with blaze having a fast platform type game like dmc or frontiers and the cream one would be sweet but I was also thinking something like cream and vanilla having a cooking momma type game, now this idea may have some fan video ideas from when I was watching them but I just think a simple mom and daughter backing together would just be nice

Man, hearing these ideas honestly really peaks my interest! There is literally so much potential for all of these characters to have their own games it’s insane it hasn’t been fully explored yet. One of the biggest appeals of the Sonic franchise is the characters, at least for me. This would be so good if done correctly. Having each character have their own “genre” of game specifically made for them is really creative and interesting
Amy would be cool! Sega's been showing more love to her recently. I mean we got a game about sonic dying, so anything's possible XD

I honestly prefer another Metroidvania Tails game than a combat game. It’s what they already started with and I loved replaying it enough to where I would like to see more. Tails Adventure honestly does scream Tails for me with him using a lot of gadgets. The only thing I would prefer is making the game faster and giving Tails more gadgets.
4:29 I guess with how slow Tails is I guess that makes sense, but like how does it not scream Tails with the amount of gadgets he uses. A combat game is more of a Knuckles or Omega thing. I’m saying I wouldn’t like a Tails combat game, I just disagreeing on the idea that it doesn’t feel like Tails at all.
I was actually thinking the kind of game that works best for Tails would be a Point-and-Click adventure game akin to the ones from Lucasarts such as Monkey Island and Grim Fandango.

I know the Knuckles and Rouge emerald hunt stages in the Sonic Adventure games usually get a lot of flak, so this is a hot take, but I always loved those stages, and I would play a whole game with this concept. I know people especially hated how in Adventure 2, the radar would only pick up one emerald shard (or key) at a time instead of picking up all three, but for me, this gave it some challenge that made it more fun. If you've played enough times that you remember certain spots the shards/keys sometimes are, it feels rewarding when you find one early, especially since it gives you bonus points. Also, not finding all the emerald shards/keys right away means more fun to be had exploring.
Eggman Tower Defense, you place robotniks and traps in a sonic level, when you finish building then someone like sonic, tails and knuckles enters the level and try to complete it, if you defeat them you gain a chaos emerald that can be used to create better robots, also theres a minigame where you capture animals to build even more robots, eventually you get to other stages and unlock more robots like metal sonic
silver needs a game with hime dealing with different timelines. Blaze could work as well since she is basically the sonic of her world.
I like to imagine the intro mission in Nier: Automata as a Blaze / Silver ripoff of it. They both have that over the top dramatics to make that stuff work.
You've got a nice choice of charcters hell if these charcters had there own games the way you described I would honestly wouldn't mind playing them. But personally I want another shadow the Hedgehog game. I don't want it to be like the last one where you would have to go through 10 different story lines just to get the true ending. I want something that isn't too long and is really engaging. I'd like it if shadow in this story would be similar to his sonic adventure 2 counter part or sonic of part since those are some of my best versions of shadow. I want the plot to be something fun and just brings out some of the edginess within shadows charcter and something that could potentially have shadow grow as a charcter.
There are better ways to approach an Amy spin-off, compromises aside, she needs a game.
Here's how I see it: Make it a metroidvania and use the huge array of moves she got in all the times she was playable. Let's say that Eggman is testing a new prototype for a weapon and before he tries to use it on Sonic, he decides to test it on Amy. This weapon wipes Amy's entire memory and with this, Eggman captures her after she falls unconscious and takes her to a secret underground base. In a turn of events, he concludes that an Amy on his side might leave Sonic vulnerable, so he lets her go and encourages her to gather her fragmented memories that his prototype created (i.e: her abilities as well), knowing that his prototype ruined any of her memories of Sonic and his friends. Tails comes into contact through one of Eggman's terminals and gives her her Piko Piko Hammer, he later realizes of her memory loss and throught the game, he tries to make her remember whilst also trying to find out where she is.
In terms of abilities, what exactly am I going to give her? Bloody everything, that's what. Here's how:
For basics, she has her hammer, a standard speed, the giant leaps and the vertical jump, but her strength and health can be upgraded by collecting her optional memories, which are essentially her most important memories about each of her friends (important for the true ending too). I think this can emphasize how her strength of heart gives her the power to achieve any odds, it's literal here but, when was that not the case with Amy?
So, for the rest:
Storming Hearts: Throws a pink tornado from Amy's hammer that clears heavy enemies out of blocked paths
Double jump: Allows access to paths a normal jump can't reach
Roll: Amy curls into a ball but can't attack, just move through narrow pathways
Hammer Vault: With enough momentum, Amy can use it to traverse pits
Super Peel-Out (it's from her introductory game so who cares): An upgrade from the leap, Amy can pick up speed to get through doors only activated by buttons
Gift bombs: A cute -deadly- gift that blows up any destructible ground, it also functions as a mine
Invisibility: It's what it says and this allows Amy to get through detectors, enemies and turrets guarding doors (it only lasts 5 seconds)
Spin Dash: It's less potent than the peel-out but this can break any vertical walls
Homing Attack: It makes Amy get through chains of enemies
Spin Jump: An upgrade from the vertical jump (though it can be toggled), this can make Amy attack enemies without pulling out the hammer, but it doesn't grant protection with the double jump
"Sonic" Radar: It's not really a Sonic radar as it is a beeping sound to help you track collectables, if you know, Amy always knows where to find her persons of interest so I have the idea of turning it into the first thing you get
Giant Hammer: A heavier version of the Piko Piko Hammer, this grants double the attack power but it's much slower, it also can be swapped which is why this is not an upgrade
Most important is that these upgrades also have insights on how Amy learned them.
In terms of boss fights, I want it to have a slow sense of progression to show how far Amy has come, it starts from something basic to what I'm going to talk about:
Throught the game, Eggman gaslights Amy into thinking her friends love her for her strength and that only he sees how she actually is by using her endless history of trying to keep up with the rest, these conflicting thoughts carry into the ending. Tails goes to her rescue after locating where she is but Amy feels hesitant, not collecting all the memories results on Amy falling for Eggman's gaslighting and ends up fighting Tails instead.
However, getting all the memories results on the opposite, Eggman pulls a Death Egg Robot inspired mech which she fights on her own.
Is this too much?

Blaze is literally the Sonic in her dimension. Her gameplay could play similarly to Sonic's but with her fire powers added to the mix. And since Marine serves as Tails in Blaze's dimension, she could tag along Blaze as well

Tails: A Metroidvania game. Either a better version of his original game or something like Metroid Dread; where Tails is trap in a island fortress with a handful of un-killable monsters and he has gather and build devices to disarm them.
Amy (or for any Archie/IDW comic characters): A simple turn-based RPG or something similar to Kingdom Hearts 1. Either way, Amy has two allies and her combat is centered around her switching out different hammers.
Knuckles Ultimate Destruction. Enough said.
(7:16) Maybe. Amy has been known to be talented in Tarot Card reading. She could have a game with some form of associated element. Could add a card monster battle.. :P
Personally, I think a Team Chaotix spinoff should be more like a mixture of Sonic heroes and 'Shadows of Doubt' exploring an open world and finding clues all over. You can also witch characters on the fly. Espio would be good for infiltration missisons, Charmy would be good for searching for clues, and Vector would be good for interrogating.
Blaze the Cat and Silver the Hedgehog definitely deserve their own game. Including Team Caotix with their investigation job.
I would also love to see a game that focuses on Shadow & Omega, where they are after Eggman, but unintentionally find him through an event involving death matches with other robots (metal sonic could make an appearance and other new robots) and maybe Rouge finds something out behind the scenes. I will add that shadow and omega have so many abilities that almost never get utilized in a game they appear in
I think Shadow should get a second spinoff game since the only real issues with the first one were the multiple irrelevant endings and the inclusion of weapons and vehicles. Same with Knuckles to, another spinoff title for him would be interesting. Though a character that needs a spinoff the most has got to be Silver, desperately needs one after how trash his debut game was and how underutilized he was since then.

The best thing for blaze i belive would be a "cult of the lamb"-style game.
The plot would see blazes Kingdom suddenly getting attacked by some bad guys (could be eggman nega, could be not) and despite her best efforts she is forced to escape with some of her people where after they create a small camp for the survivors.
From there, she takes upon herself the task of fighting her way back to her castle to stop the bad guys while saving people she finds around.
I don't know if the sol emeralds should be story related or just a bonus, but for the former case she would have to first explore other parts of her kingdom to gather them before going back to the castle.
At the camp she would have the task of providing the survivors with shelter and food while keeping everyone's spirits up (since she is the princess) and the various survivors in exchange may gather different materials for her to use to build more things at the camp.
The villagers of the camp could also task her with different side missions, either small like "save my friend" or bigger missions that may even have their own Little side story in them.

The funny thing about this was that I had thought about ideas for "New Sonic Games" long time ago on Samsung note on my phone. (and funny enough before Frontiers, one of my ideas was "Open world Sonic Game" couldn't you believe that? Anyways.) Some notes I had made were ideas for games focusing on certain characters, here are a few notes that I made which might peak some people's interest.
Team Chaotix - Investigation Game: I pictured a mix of the usual Sonic gameplay like platforming and investigation sections like from Ace Attorney where you go around, looking for clues and talking to witnesses and solving cases while doing so, you're running through different zones and collecting rings.
Amy Rose - Beat Up: I feel like a beat up game is perfect for Amy as I think it will go well with the theme of: Girl Power, after all she has an hammer so she might as well use it more. Like any beat up game, you can choose any character of your choice like Cream and Blaze for example where they will have their own abilities, powers, speed and strength. The game be can played up to 4 (and maybe more) players. (And for the heck of it, why not make Honey the Cat unlockable character and be a playable character.)
Rouge the Bat - Stealth: Not much to say. It will be cool to play as her being an spy again and sneak your way through some enemies, perhaps do some hacking and do a bit of stealing too.

I love your ideas but, for Amy I would've honestly have a two player platformer that loosely adapts from her solo run in the Fleetway Comics. Not a lot of people know about Fleetway Amy but, she literally had herr own series where she was basically Starlord/Han Solo. It won't be one for one like the comics but, a reboot in the same style as Ducktales(2017) or She-Ra(2018). I forgot the name of her green duck partner in those games but, I can definitely see a game where somehow Amy gets stuck in another galaxy and now has to try and stop whichever villain is there. I'm definitely wanted this to lean more towards Super Mario Galaxy/Odyssey, Ratchet and Clank, and High On Life. I want all the colorful alien world vibes👽👽👽

Hear me out, a Rouge Metal Gear style game.
It would be a fun idea if Eggman would take over and then Chaos would kick Eggman out of the chao garden like a bouncer.
i had an idea for a trilogy of stories centered around Amy where she makes friends with other characters and reinventions of SatAm/Archie characters like Lupe, Bunnie, and Dulcy.
the plot is there's a huge special effects circus that's been travelling all over the shows are so spectacular and the performers are based on a combination of circus acts while structured like a medieval royal family (because they kinda are).
but children who went to see that circus start falling into nightmare-filled comas, and mysterious portals start showing up that lead to strange, dream-like landscapes, so Amy and friends go on a quest to save the kids in a slower-paced platforming adventure with multiple character-specific abilities for fighting monsters and solving puzzles.
it's revealed that the royal family from before are really a family of evil nightmare monsters that are trapped in the dream world and are casting spells on their audiences to put them in a deep slumber that takes them to the dream world so they can enslave them.
what's worse, their activities are not only creating tears between Mobius, the dream world, and other worlds, but they're looking for a set of three new magical jewels, the Somnus Sapphires, each of which can open portals to dreamscapes and other dimensions as a base ability, but they have different powerful abilities that, if united, will allow these creatures to conquer all worlds!
this villain group serve as boss fights throughout the story, but also have a lot of infighting and intrigue, sometimes taking each other out for you.
the dancer princess of this group will serve as Amy's arch nemesis who really hates her and wants to destroy her. as Amy and friends conquer their fears and ruin the evil plots, the princess gets more unhinged and dangerous. culminating in a giand tower with massive floors that's penetrating multiple alternate dimensions similar to Final Fantasy Legend 1 on original Gameboy.
so that's my more fantasy-leaning story for Amy, with colorful worlds, princesses, dreams, and circuses.
the villains might sound more appropriate for a plot of Nights game, but i think it works.
i enjoy giving Amy a more fantasy-inspired adventure because she's a cute cheerful girl who looks out for people, even little kids.

I've always thought Amy was a good fit for a mystical world full of mysterious things and fantasy. These spinoffs would all be pretty cool, though I'm gonna be honest, I don't really care for a Blaze spinoff. Never been too into her character, so it's probably the only one I wouldn't play all too much. For Tails, I'd be fine if they went with a similar metroidvania as Tails Adventure. It's just cute, and with some improvements, they could make it the best Tails spinoff (despite Tails Adventure already being the best Tails spinoff lmao). That or a platformer with a couple plane levels, as well as some improved mech levels. A character I'm surprised you didn't mention was Knuckles. Him, Tails, and Amy feel like they'd be the most likely characters to end up with a spinoff game considering the end of Frontiers. Though he probably just could use the same (or similar) treasure hunting gameplay from the Adventure titles. Throw in a bit of combat from Sonic the Fighters, Battle, and Heroes, and there's a Knuckles spinoff game. Finishing this off, I'd just like to state that the Storybook duology are most likely canon, since they were referenced in Gens and Frontiers, two very canon games. And as a final fun fact about the end, while game Tails doesn't have parents, his Archie counterpart actually has both a father and a mother. So that's neat.
I think a key aspect of a spinoff is whether or not the characters and story can shine on their own. Especially without context of the original content.
I think a Chaotix Spinoff game could have the potential to transform into what the Persona series was to Shin Megami Tensei. Starting off as a spinoff, but then becoming a mainline series in it's own right.
Chaotix don't need Sonic, Tails, Amy, or even Knuckles to work. They were pretty much solo in Heroes. In IDW they even have an entire issue dedicated to them in the main story (Not a one shot or spinoff like Whisper and Tangle). It's evident that the Chaotix could easily work by themselves with their own cast of side characters and stories.
Neither do Shadow, Silver,or Blaze. Shadow can easily work in his own spinoff if Sega let Team Dark be a thing.And his gameplay wouldn't be too different from Sonic' so there's accessibility there.
Silver is a bit harder,but maybe his focus can be on the less used characters in the cast,like the Chaotix,or Shadow(since they interacted a fair bit in 06),or Blaze. His gameplay is bit harder to do right..but maybe stages like Sonic/Shadow bit more of puzzle element like how P0-6 did it?
Blaze is the same as Shadow in term of accesiblity as you can just have her play as Sonic. Her story would be what an adventure for her is like when Sonic or the rest of the cast isn't around.The fact she comes from another dimension entirely,already has a lot of creative potential in terms of worldbuilding and because of it she can easily stand on her own. They would have to make new characters and it would be interesting to see what they came up with.
IMO another part of thinking of characters ideal for spinoffs are ones that can't easily be justified appearing in every mainline plot. And Silver,Blaze,and to a lesser extent Shadow fit that. For any spinoff involving them to work,they need to be introduced in a mainline game so that people have to chance to be interested in their characters since two of them haven't even appeared in years. Spinoff for Tails,Knuckles,or Amy wouldn't be turned down by fans,but they would be less excited since they know those 3 are guaranteed to show up in most mainline games.

Basically everyone deserves spin-offs, as long as they make sense, and are good quality.
You should honestly get into the sonic comics specifically the idw comic run since those string of comics are most intertwined with the games in terms of lore, character representation and both medias will even reference each other like frontiers referencing Tangle and Idw comics will reference game events
Boggles my mind how SEGA refuses to invest in the cash-grab of a character that Silver is. I honestly don't understand how they ignore him when he has so much storyline to work with for a game. Not to mention his overpowered abilities and ability to TRAVEL THROUGH TIME. And yet, even Thomas from Regular Show got more development than him.

Technically the Bloons Tower Defence games are spinoffs and they are way more popular than the original 'Bloons' game ever was.

I think Cream the Rabbit would have more of an Educational video game. Like the ones made wirh other franchises in the past.

Knowing that Silver was supposed to get a game after 06 it's safe to say that Silver should get his own game, make it like Shattered Dimensions or Edge of Time where you can travel between the past and future to continue, making like a butterfly effect such as:
In the future a door was locked and can't be opened due to i dunno, part of the building got destroyed, then you go back to the past (Samurai Jack) and open the door for when you get back (Jack Jack) boom, the door and the building got a different fate and you can continue

Blaze getting her own game would be an interesting one, certainly as Sonic has already been to her world, there's likely more to do that, perhaps the existance of the Master Sol Emerald, seeing as there's a Master Chaos Emerald.
With how 06 kinda unintentionally tied Blaze with Silver basically permanently, and how Sonic Team deals with Sonic in general, it's more likely we'll get a Silver spinoff, with Blaze as a playable character. Since in general Silver has more recognition as a character. Show off Sonic, Shadow, and Silver to someone who barely knows about Sonic, and there's a good chance they'll know at least Sonic and Shadow, and its pretty likely they'll know Silver. Show Blaze The Cat, and its way more likely they'll have no idea who she is. Sadly this is slightly in part with how her introduction was in a DS game, and also how she ended up taking a backseat to Silver in 06. But, who knows, maybe one day it may be possible. Blaze with her own game.

A eggman game would be great for his backstory
Cream and Cheese would be PERFECT for a collectathon plataformer, like Banjo-Kazooie on the N64. They can pull it off, they can fly! they're also a duo character so a game that capitalize on that aspect would be great, Cheese is always tossed aside with anything Cream related when they're supposed to be a DUO! so having something that he can be as important as her would be great.
I feel like Tails getting a new spinoff game is my best bet. He's basically Sonic's Luigi, and that guy got three games of his own. So why not give the kid the spotlight?
As for what kind of game it'd be, it's actually something I had an idea for a long time:
*A Lucasarts/Humungous Entertainment-like point-and-click adventure game!* (And no, Murder of Sonic doesn't count because it's a visual novel and you don't play AS Tails.)
Yeah, those games aren't really SPEEDY or have an inkling of any gameplay beyond clicking things to check them out and obtain junk to use later or combine that junk with other junk to make new junk. But that's the thing. These types of games are close to perfect for Tails! Tails is known for his smarts, so it'd make sense for his game to have a lot of puzzles that require the player to REALLY think. He's an inventor, so he could go around, get stuff like items and information (hints) and use them to make gadgets to solve the problem. It doesn't even have to be just gadgets, Tails could just come up with solutions through different clever methods like utilizing his extra tail to disguise as an octopus.
I dunno. I just thought that for the longest time that Tails having a spinoff point-and-click adventure game would be a great idea.
Here is the list of characters that deserves a shot for a spin off game.
1. ( Miles Tails Prower ) Following after the events of Sonic Frontiers where Tails did tell Sonic at the end of the game where he told Sonic that he told Sonic that he wanted to go off on his on this time around. Now this is what I think that is going to happen in a Tails game. It be almost like Tails adventure but different like something that could talk about more about Tails own "self discovery" Journey as we play the game becuase Frontiers gave us that point where he is realizing and remembering events that he felt like a burden which from that brings that point with Tails how he hasn't been confident in his own abilities and a way to redisover yourself again is by doing a game of his on personal journey of his own and for him disocver for the hero he is ment to be.
2 . ( Amy Rose) Now if you have been caught up with everything how Sega has recently gave more love to Amy even for the new games as adding classic Amy as as a playable character. Then now it that time to give her a spin off game of her own. Now I feel like for Amy it would be nice to also explore more about here character and her background because the way how i see her she could be like a new leader with her skills and maybe she can get a team of her own to save the word all together like an "Amy squad" and have Cream and cheeese be part of her adventure too.
3. (Tangled and Whisper) I know what you are thinking about but if Idw Sonic has been officially confirmed canon then I think for most of us who know and love these idw characters would love for them to be playable and I think they make a perfect team and they could play so well. The game could almost be like Sonic Rush or maybe like Sonic Runners ( Game).
4. ( Knuckles) Ok, so just like with Tails and Amy, Yes I do agree that Knuckles also.needs another spin off game of his own since since frontiers as you see that he also has the same idea like Amy and Tails but knuckles is not really leaving he is just saying that he wants to explore more of the world and do more thing than him protecting the master emerald all the time. Which it would also be interesting how knuckles could playout in a game of his own because unlike Sonic Knuckles is not fast like Sonic or Tails and unlike sonic' Knuckles doesn't chuckle' but with Knuckles he can also have a game where he has to protect someone from evil that maybe trying to kill her and Knuckles will have to step up as that Guardian that he was taught to do since the beginning and as we go through that journey he will learn what it truly mean to be a Guradian.

I actually like a lot of your ideas here (ESPECIALLY the Blaze one), but I have a suggestion for Amy's spin-off.
You say that she works better with other characters, well let's make it happen: at the end of Sonic frontiers, Amy says that she is going on a journey with Cream and Sticks (who is apparently Canon now). My suggestion is have the three of them team-up and have them go on their own journey; it can be like a miniature Sonic heroes type of beat
I'm gonna "throw my hat into the ring" and propose a third-person shooter focusing on two Sonic characters. These characters would be Whisper the Wolf from the IDW comics & E-123 Omega. Each character would be the main character of their own story, but just like the Sonic Adventure games, each story is just a part of the same tale from different perspectives with a final story segment that has Whisper & Omega work together. That said, Whisper & Omega would play differently to help make each feel different. Whisper for instance would have a greater focus on stealth & hitting targets in their weak points. Omega meanwhile would be gunning most targets in sight as he blazes through one or more of Eggman's bases
Fun fact: Tails has a second game detected to him that only released in Japan and later appeared in Sonic Gems Collection & Sonic Origins Plus. The game is called Tail' Skypatrol and it was originally on the Game Gear.

I have been wondering about this too and I gotta say, the ideas you came up with seemed very interesting, I would like to see any of them happen.
Though, based on what you said about Amy, when I think of a Game that has another Character as the Main Protagonist, that’s mostly the only thing I think about, them as the Main Protagonist and not a Game where they are alone, but i might’ve misunderstood what you meant, but still, I am just saying.
Also, I think Spin-offs can give you the chance to be a little more curative, especially in regards to the conflict and the Main Antagonist, with it either be a Return of a previous Character or a complete New one.
As for other Characters, a Sly Cooper-Style Rouge The Bat Game would be interesting or heck, why just focus on one of them, when we could have an entire (Rouge-focused) Team Dark Game, what do you think?
As for anyone else? Well, Silver seems to have been a pretty bad wrap lately, maybe having his own Game could fix that?
A Knuckles Game, where we explore more about the Echidnas, could be interesting too or heck, why not a Prequel Game focused on Tikal? I feel like we could learn more about her.
Maybe a Babylon Game could be interesting too, there could be some potential Character exploration there.
Heck, maybe you could even do a Game that reintroduces a Classic Character to the Modern Era, that could be an idea too or what do you think?
Man, I would love a AAA 3D Knuckles game where you could just travel around Angel Island and Sky Sanctuary, where you could explore the ruins on Angel Island or something like that.
