The only flaw in this video, the creeping horror of AI tools being used to replace creatives aside, is the lack of Cartman slowly sliding towards the viewer over the course of the run time.
The thing that ruins it is how good the recreation is. It's lacking too many of the flaws, muddled words and creaks that would be present were it perfeormed faithfully as the character.
This totally seems like something Matt and Trey should just have be in an episode about AI voices, because this is hilarious!
