Every ramen from that brand, samyang buldak line, is really spicy as advertised. I do not recommend these to anyone who can't tolerate spicy foods, it can hurt your stomach. I think the carbonara one is actually a little more mild but still decently spicy.
those chicken strips are very good. though i cooked how it said, it was better when i cooked how i wanted to in oil not water. i like Arizona green tea but buy on sale in the gallon.
