Raw Cashews: spread on a cookie sheet, bake (roast) in 275 Degree oven. Stir with had every 10 minutes, somewhere between 30-40 minutes they will be lightly golden brown. Let them cool and you have fresh, non-salted cashews. Hint: same with the pumpkin seeds.
FUN FACT: When those Skinny dipped cups came to Costco they were $8.99 then magical jumped up in price. So sad I can't afford them Now. But they are Delicious!

The ONLY snacks you mentioned here available at my local Costco in Lake Elsinore, California are the dark chocolate peanut butter cups, the sweet potato chips, and the shelled pistachios nothing else was available and nothing else was approved and I inspected every nook and cranny of the snack section. This happens most of the time. Ridiculous!

Today the Noblesville Indiana store had no Boulder Canyon chips cooked in Avocado oil and the Supervisor told me that there will not be any more. Totally bummed out about that.
Sprouts has Wildbrine fermented sauerkraut that is cabbage and beet. It is delicious. More expensive than the large one at Costco but still worth checking out.
With regards to the ingredients in the granola bar. In the USA only there is no such thing as ORGANIC honey as you have no idea where a honeybee gathers the nectar from. The term Organic Honey is used in other countries but not correctly used if in the USA.

I rarely eat chips. Maybe three times a year. But when I do I want ruffles and don’t feel any guilt because I rarely eat potato chips. Ruffles are my favorite. OMG, I guess it depends on how large ONE PEANUT BUTTER CUP is. Two teaspoons is sugar is a lot. I can’t imagine a Reese’s Peanut Butter cup having “gobs” of sugar in it. They are so small!! Of course we need to look at other ingredients.
