Shame she didn't have the hunger to pursue singing after Idol - I still think this single is one of the best Idol alumni singles to hit the airwaves and she is gorgeous and has a great voice.
She performed as Donna Summer on the Norwegian cruiselibe in 2022. So yes she is still performing-- hopefully she made time to finish her education pursuits in law like was mentioned on American Idol.

Always been to me, one of the best singers out there with out all of the fluff and auto tunes and cursing and vulgar. I think Kimberly could write for country/country rock singers. Her songs are pure and have real meaning. :)

For sure whatever reason I imagine this song with country production instead of the pop production. It has that vibe in the lyrics. I could totally see a female country artist covering this and having a hit. Would be awesome to have a new AI contestant auditions with this song since it appears vocally challenging.
