Gift city is a success. Govt has given special priority to GIFT in each years budget but never ever talked about Dholera & Diamond 💎 cities during the budget sessions. The Government must give equal high priority toDholera & Diamond 💎 cities in the Parliament just like Gift 🎁 city

There should be more greenery and bike tracks/footpaths like delhi. Buildings are beautiful. We should promote walking/biclycles or public transport over cars. And this is totally opposite. we need to rethink the sustainable development of cities rather than just giving it a rich look.
Why are they building 4 lane roads instead of 8 ? If you are building for future, the roads should be the first priority.

There are 4 lane roads on each side, and a 2 lane parking road between them. If you look at it from above, it is a total of 12 lane system.
8 lane ki ho ya 10 lane ki traffic jam to lagna hai. Ise badiya to cycle, pedestrian track ko badava dena chahiya. Logonko motivate karna chahiye gadiyno se jyada cycle aur paidal chalne ke liye.
4 lane lane road is more than enough if you really want to save traffic we focus on public transport
8 lane city ko highly congested bna dega, me iss field me kam karta hu, 4 lane is best for the cities
Roads must be 4 to 6 lanes. Infrastructure is not enough for future.

@@SimbaL811 buildings aren't going to be right beside the road border. Walkway would also be seperated from road border by the bushes. There is plenty of space everywhere. Just look up the google earth image or go in person if you are living near there. Walkways are made for block having gift tower 1 and 2. For the rest of the block if all the building in that block is constructed only then walkways would be made.
Bus bagwaan kare ye project pura ho , to aage se planned city he bnaye verna bina plan ke city ka infrastructure achha nahi hota hai . Or bagwaan humare priya neta modiji ko lambi umar pardaan kare 😅

The road is quite narrow and won't help in the heavy traffic It's essential for infrastructure to be designed with safety and convenience in mind. Perhaps it would be worth considering alternative routes or modes of transportation to avoid this road.

@@harshitrai5306 gift city is about 10-15km from the airport and they have strict rules. There were hardly any skyscraper in india so old rules are very strict when it comes to height of building allowed by airport. Govt have expanded the area of gift city by 3 times so maybe there could be taller building in the area away from airport. Government have again send files to AAI for review to increase height limit for now. But builder cant wait for the slow process of file review. 15 under construction building all are caped under 30 floor for now.

All these things are planned. Footpaths will come up when construction of all the major buildings are completed. Roads are already wide enough. There is 4 lane service road on both side and dedicated semi access controlled road in the middle of both 4 lane roads. There are even underpasses at few intersections. All these things will integrate properly with time as city progresses.
