As a Mumbaikar I am really happy to see other cities flourish ...it will decongest Mumbai and other metros....however lack of nightlife with its outdated alcohol restrictions is what stopping many young talent to move there!
Mumbai is a terrible city and looks disgusting as there is no planning, check cities like Shanghai or New York, the skyline looks uniform there as they follow a grid system for city planning. In the western part of Ahmedabad, the grid system is followed, especially for areas around Thaltej, Ambli and Bopal which gives the neigbourhoods an uniform look from the sky and looks aesthetically pleasing.

ur bahut achi city hai series ki tarah nhi hai. mirzapur varansi ka satellie city ke roop me develop ho rahi hai. yaha ke projrcts koi cover nhi karta hai. jaise ki mirzapur railway station redevelop ho gya hai, flyover ban hai,2 ganga bridges bana hai 2021 mein, varansi-mirzapr 6 lane highway ban gya, . aur under constrction bhi bahut hai jaise vindhyachal corridor, ropeway in vindhyachal,, aur dfc bhi yaha se ja rha hai jo ki ban chuka. aur mirzapur bahut clean hai baki indian cities ke mukable.

That is not the case many treee you see specially on both sides of the road were existing trees and government try to not cut trees if possible when expanding the road. What you see in middle of road are planted tree. Also personally I do like tree grow naturally than in a straight line you know but more like jungle.
